Well the story goes like this, i have been friends with this awesum guy for two years now, and we began talking a lot and hanging out and then we decided to start going out well it was great until my parents went from liking him to saying i shouldnt be dating, so i told him i had to end it and we did, and when i did i became depressed and i couldnt stand the fact i couldnt talk to him or see him, so the other day i went behind my parents back (after they told me if i ever went out with him again i would be sent to arizona to live with my not so nice great grandparents)and asked him out, and i've been happy, and i created an account that my parents dont know about to talk to him, and i am planning on sneaking behind my parents to see him, so is this a good idea or no???

the only reason they gave me to not be with him is because he is a year younger than me =/

go for it. if you feel in your heart you are able to make it happen then do it. your parents can tell you not to talk to someone but they can never tell you who you love. just look at teh whole picture and see why they might not like for you to date him. as long as he treats you right follow your heart. good luck

Well I guess if it makes you happy it's okay until your parents find out and then you get sent to Arizona. It also depends on why your parents don't like him. Is it a valid reason or not?

Thats really a matter of preception. Your parents are looking our for your long term best interest. They have reasons for telling you not to date him...wether they have told you or not. But you also have to follow your heart and learn from your own mistakes. Just be careful and dont do anything stupid.

If you have functional greatgrandparents then I am guessing you are pretty young....
and I would have to say that this subterfuge is going to end up in some painful consequences.
Sneaking around is never very satisfying for the sneakee.

well if u really luv him then sit down with ur parents and ask what their opinion is bcoz in ur whole life ur parents r going to only care for ur benefit not anybody else
