this girl i know told me she liked me, and i kinda liked her, ive never been in a relationship or even known of a girl to like me, i think i came on too strong and drove her away, and so now shes sort of lost interest cause every guy just melts over her so im just another one of them now, so my question is, if i back off and make it seem like im not really interested anymore, do u think thatll rekindle her feelings for me

I have been married to my husband for 7 years. I found out he was addicted to meth after we married, I have tried to keep this marriage together, hoping and praying that he will change. I've always thought that if I give him alot of love treat him good, he would change. But nothings changed. He doesn't work. I work full time and in the process of starting my own business. I'm very successful as far as raising four children on my own, paying all the bills and jugling the kids to their sports activities. He has only worked a total of maybe one year total in the seven years weve been together. He does nothing for himself. I have gotten a restraining order on him, put extra locks on my doors and he has always managed to get back into my house, one way or another. After moving out of four homes hoping he wouldnt find me. I find myself exhaused. I find glass pipes in his posession, burned foil etc. Hes up at all hours of the night. We argue everyday? What shoud I do?

We've been emailing each other for more than 7 years now. Most of the time we have few hours of chat on msn, some times voice conversation. It seem like that we have many common interests and many things to talk about. We are come from the same city, but currently we live on different continets. For all the reasons, we did not have a chance to meet in life . Iam affraid that if we meet, we can find that we are not that interesting into each other as it seem online. Is there a such big difference between long distance chemistry and the real life chemistry?

My cheating husband sued me for divorce. He failed to appear at any hearings including the final hearing. All stipulations were signed by both of us that included satying married until the new year (so the diseased cheat could save on taxes) prior to the final hearing. My lawyer suggested I sue him because his absence might delay divorce. I did. It is the new year, am I divorced? Is there some document I have to sign?

I dont know what to do. Ive been dating this guy for over a year now and i love him a lot. but it really hurts me when he talks about his ex-girlfriends. i dont know if its jealousy or what, but it really bothers me. we just told each other things that were private things you dont normally talk about. ive never told anyone, but he has. he told his ex-girlfriend when they were going out because she asked him, but he didnt tell me until now and we've been going out for a year and month now. he said he was ashamed of it, but i dont understand why he couldnt have told me when he says that im the only one hes really felt comfortable with. i asked him one time about the private thing and he told me that he doesnt (but the way he got around this was because he HAS but he doesnt do it anymore). i consider that lieing and even if it wasnt, how could he tell someone who hes not comfortable with something personal like that instead of me, the person he says he cares so much about.

My husband is in grad school. We have been married almost a year and its been extremely difficult. I never see him as he's always busy with his thesis or papers or reading. I have friends and get out and whatnot, so its not like I sit around the house pining away for him, but once in a while I would like to see my husband for more than five minutes at a time. I ask him almost daily to go do something, but I always get shot down and its getting old. Any suggestions on how to deal with this would be fabulous!

My husband and I have been together 17 years, married 16. He has never been able to show emotions. He lost his father when he was sixteen. He had a previous marriage that ended in her cheating. All the time we are married he only told me he loved me about 10 times. His idea was to give me money all the time. We were in a serious arguement three years ago that ended in me apoligizing. Everything was excellent for about six months then the detachment came again. In 2004 we were in a car accident, that year he left for 2 days. In 2005 he left for 2 days again. This year right before Christmas. He has been staying in the house with me, but very detached and distance and very quick to temper. I have been crying on and off for 2 days now, not sleeping last night or hardly eating. He is just sitting and not saying nothing. When I ask a question, he says he's not in the mood to answer now. He says he has'nt been happy. I don't know what to do something is wrong.

I really am wondering if young women about to be married, have any of the same fears and anxietys that my age group had in the 70's. Is there any right age to get married today? Even if you are madly in love, seriously, but you are under 20, should a Gal wait until she is older? Do you think that because the divorce rate is so much higher today than it was in the 70's that this can effect a girls decision to get married? I mean how nice it would be if one could just say, oh I am madly in Love and that is all that matters, but we all know it isnt, and there are many factors to consider before one does go down the wedding isle. What about the age of the spouse for the 19 yr old, is his age a factor? Should it be? Do you think a woman should be concerned with her Husband to be's past , and if so, should she ask him about it first? Before saying I do? Oh so many questions, and sometimes there are no answers, not when it comes to matters of the Heart.

what is it with women? completely confused, So im talking to some gurls online, on the phone, or in person. Whatever the case is, At first we have decent conversations, seems they enjoy my company or talking to me. NExt thing, they act wierd and avoid me. or just completely stop talking to me? He never replies to her messages or answers her calls, but she won't leave him alone. The messages she sends are "friendly", nothing at all really, but while he and I were broken up recently, he was interested in her, and they went out a couple of times. I want to trust him and believe him when he tells me that he wants her to stop bothering him, but I just want her to stop. I'm keeping alot of secrets from my family. One of which is serious, but i don't know how to tell them. I have asthma, my inhaler stopped working and sometimes i just feel like i'm gonna faint. I get lightheaded, my chest hurts and everything. I never told my family about this, i'm too scared to. And if I did they wouldn't be able to do anything cause i have no parents to care for me, no s to care. I might as well just die. I don't even know how i can tell anyone, i don't want to worry them and i can't walk the whole way to the hospital. What do I do? How can I tell my siblings about this? I'm scared. well i have to go now, it's 2:30 am, and i'm not supposed to be on teh computer, thanks to all those nice people who answer this question.

Well, I am having an issue with my ex boyfriend. After about 9 months after the breakup, we continued to talk and hang out. We had our ups and downs in those months even though we were not together. Well, recently after alot of things have happened before Christmas and now, I have thought more and more about letting him go completely even though I love him with all my heart. I am getting to the point that it's the best thing for us since 1) he doesn't know what he wants in life and 2) I really have seen that he stopped loving me and really doesn't care anymore. I think that it's better for him to go his way and for me to move on since he was the one that initially broke up with me. Even though I know what is the right thing, I can't seem to act on it. I want to talk to him about this but I really haven't been able to tell him and I don't want to tell him on the phone. I am really scared since it's been his fault all of this time as to why we have been falling apart. Any advice?

I was with this girl for a few weeks, but we weren't official, because i am leaving town in a couple of weeks for a long time. We decided to hang out until i leave, and call it off then. Las nite, i was at a party at her house, and flirted w/ other girls. She told me to leave, and i did. My behavior was completely inappropriate caused by a lot of alcohol, but i feel like i have sinned agains myself. I am usually very respectful.
