well it happend when i was tired and sat down on these mable stairs outside and my panty string kinda showed and one of my cousin's friend saw it and he's like older then me like 5 or 6 years.

From what I've heard from guys, they think the girl is an easy make. And why is it that women are called girls so often? It is an insult to little girls and women alike.
You don't have to wear low rise, and you don't have to wear certain underwear that show with low-rise either. Make good choices with the clothes you wear. When you show a lot of skin, people have a tendency to treat you like a dumb idiot, or just stare at your physical attributes. If you dress intelligently, you are taken more seriously by others. Depends on how you wish others to treat you.

Depends on the circumstances. If it is a casual social gathering, then its fine, and the guys that did see probably thought it was hot.
If it is in a business situation... not good at all.
Best not to let panties show in public as a rule, but of course, accidents do happen. So it is usually not a big deal if it happens.
