Ok, this guy in one of my classes asked me to study with him one day. I couldn't think of a good excuse at the time, so I said ok and gave him my number. Well, I was surprised when he called that very night. I said thanks anyway, but I really didn't need help in this particular class. He said ok. The next day, he calls me again. I'm annoyed. He said that he actually wanted to ask me out and wanted to get to know me. I said I had a lot on my plate and had no interest in dating. A month later, he stops me outside class and asks me out again. I say no, that I have a lot of schoolwork. By now I'm annoyed that I gave him my number, but relieved because I think he got the point. Lo and behold, I have a message from him today wishing me a merry christmas, which is nice, but I don't want him calling me. It just seems very forward and intrusive. I thought I made it clear, I have no interest in even having a friendship with him. Why won't he stop and what can I do? I'm a lil weirded out. TY

I like this guy and I know that he likes me. But he doesn't know that I like him. He is really my best friend. He is so cute and he always talks to me. We work together side by side. By the way I'm 16 and he 4 years older. He always asks how my day was. We always have a great conversation together. He is hot and sweet to. What should I do to give him any hints that I like him but not tell him straight? Thanx guys :)

Please advice me.Everytime my boyfriend comes over he brings his children with him.The problem is they destroy my son's room.I don't want to say anything to him but I am really getting tired of picking up the mess.Should I put a lock on my son's door .

We were driving back home from my aunts house Christmas night and my best friend (boy who is a friend, not boyfriend) and I were both in the back. We were pretty tired and him and I started to doze off. I was looking out the window and then all of a sudden, I felt him gradually fall asleep onto my arm. I know that people, when sleeping, don't have control of their necks but I could see that he was only pretending to get close to me.
We are best friends and we have been just friends, but there has always been a tension that i can't describe, like it's telling me that I love him because I can tell he loves me more than anything.
I'm not confused but just very, very, very adamant on what to do.

Does pretending to fall asleep on my arm signal that he really wants to get close to me? I'm getting all these signals and have before.

Should I bite the bullet and go past the "friendship boundary" and tell him I love him?

For a guy, she could show interest in us now or in 30 days and we would still want her if we like her.

But i get advice to "act quick before its too late" with some chick when i get a sign onf interest in me.

If she is still single 30-60-90 days from now, Why the need to act fast?

I got other things but this really "threw" me! I also received paper clips in my stocking! If it weren't for my son, taking him aside the day before, asking him what he got "Mom", and dragging him to a Dept. store to get some perfume, I don't think I would have gotten anything you'd "expect" from the "love of your life"! Every Christmas I have to write down a list of what I want, after 20 years of matrimony (and this wasn't on it) I kind of went ballistic for a moment and couldn't contain myself - I thought it was a "gag"gift. That was my reaction after 20 years of Christmases. What would YOURS be? By the way - I also got HIM a (nicer) paper shredder since HE was the one who hinted about one very heavily.

(scotch clean as in, he has no peircings, or tattoos, and is very well groomed, and is a real huge goody good, as in no past history with the cops and such, and is never wild.)

cuz me and this guy's having this agruement, he says girls would rather go for him cuz he's like that. just cuz a guy ahs tats and peircings dont mean he's a total jerk and only wants to dat for sex...

i think. these days to have love, you need to show it. like kissing, and having sex. but don't you think that if we just waited.. for the day you guys got married.. that's when you share your first kiss, first intercourse. Love would last so much longer. because.. you guys waited that long.. and you loved each other first before making out or having sex. why do we do it then?

I am giving you a story of my friend. She is carrying my brothers baby. "I am 4 months pregnant with my ex baby. He left me after he told me he loved me. With know explanation he tells me he is breaking up with me to be with his first childs mother. After 12 years they have been broken up. I I don't eat or sleep, All I do is cry, cry, cry. I try to controll it, but its uncontrollable. It would be easier to get over him if 1 i wasn't carrying this baby he wanted, 2 if they didn't stay in the same area were I live. All i want is to lay down and never get back out the bed. I feel sorry for this baby, because, I dont know if I can love him/her. I'm asking ladies for advice to help heal my broken heart, and men for answers on why we dont' get the respect when we are good women?"

My Ex gf finally told me that we were done for good after talking about us possibly getting back together since july. We had broken up 4 or 5 times for stupid reasons like her calling to much or me not calling enough. I had also cheated on her in the relationship twice and even though she knew she never addressed it with me. After the second time i knew it was wrong and never did it again for the next 1 1/2 yrs of our relationship. now she is 18 andim 21 and she says we are done for good. I think it may just be that she is mad and that she wants her freedom and to look around. But do you think you can love someoen for 3 yr 10 months and just finally one day figure out that you never want to give them another chance? can she really be done with me after all that we have been thru. I tried to kill myself over her and herself over me. We have cried, dealt with passing of family, i took her virginity, we lit up eachothers hearts. Does all that go away because of 2 mistakes. Is there hope?

I called out of work Friday... cuz of larygintis - head cold, couldn't finish going Christmas shopping, got a really one of those thought to myself why in the world would anybody buy this kind of gift, return to work, did alot of talking over the phone the voice is going again, can barely keep my eyes open.... any sympathy .... or just me I should suck it up and deal with it..... how kind are you.....

This guy (37 yrs old) has been not much more than a bootie call to me (35 yrs old) for about 1 month. When I tried to give some substance to the "relationship" in hopes that maybe things could become not too serious but a little less superficial and primitive between us, he becomes thoughtless, and in my view disrespectful, not keeping dates, etc. SO, I dump him, told him that since he couldn't at least keep his word to me to "have a nice life",. He texted/replied the next day with nothing more than - "OK." So, I'm like Fine!!! Forget him! And from then on, I didn't once look back for his sorry a**!
The day after Christmas, guess who texts me with a "Merry Christmas" - yes, Mr. Sorry Jackass! I just deleted it as fast as I could. Before, he would never fight to keep me, he was ready to dump me in a minute when sex wasn't "fun" for him anymore!! He was too busy being a jerk to get to know me.
So my question is - what is it he wants and why the heck is he contacting me now?
