I think it is pathetic and is one of the worst ways to break up a relationship on good terms. If you are going to break off something like a relationship, please do it face to face.

yes but it was not through text messaging. it was over the Internet. we were chit chatting and after he left i sent the last mail and said it. he kept that email for a very long time and we talk sometimes. i could say he is now my best guy friend and sometimes he even mentioned it in our conversation.

Yes that is messed up! I've never had that happen, but I did have one call my house when I was at work and had my mom tell me that he wanted to break up.

never happened to me.
but happened to a friend of mine. its dumb i know. their just scared...and stupied and don't want to be the bad guy.so is breaking up over the phone but i find it easier then breaking up in person. well no. because in person you can just walk away rather then stall.

Yeah, that's pretty much dodging the bullet there.

This person isn't real enough to do it to your face.

WEAK!

i thank that you should just go up to them and tell them that u wont to brake up and then walk away or talk about it and see how you feel and then tack a brake with going out and then if you wont to get back to gather and he/she out and then go out again and if they say no i don't wont to go back out, or if they say I'm going out with some one different then say OK and walk away and find some one else!!!!!
