I really can't tell if my crush likes me. We text nightly and talk a lot but he doesn't show any obvious flirtation. I asked him to hang out, so we've arranged it for tomorrow. He told me to decide what to do. I want it to be friendly because once again I'm not sure if he likes me. Any ideas of what to do when we hang out?

go bowling...you'll have a great time, but it doesn't really matter what you do together. you two seem like pretty good friends so you'll have fun whatever you do together. oh, yea....i should tell you- guys never show their feelings, so don't take that personally

One of the possible reasons why he doesn't make a move is because he doesn't see an "invitation" from you. Make sure that you give him the "signs" that a woman shall give with her eyes and body language so that he realizes that he has a "green light" to make a move.
To achieve this, there is no better date than something simple, where you can interact one on one in an intimate environment. Few things are better than coffee at a nice cafe and a walk, if possible. Talk, joke, laugh, tease each other, and flirt and see how it goes. Make sure that you look in his eyes, touch him lightly "by accident" on his shoulders / hands and he should get the hint.

Well, keep it simple (and affordable). Go somplace you can talk (someplace not too loud). Depending on where you are, you may be able to go to a mini-golf place or something. If it's too cold where you are, then I'd suggest a simple sit-down restaurant to be able to get to know eachother a little better.
