Not only butterflies, but I became instantly light-headed... thought I was going to pass out, actually. I kept seeing everything as if it were a dream. Not actualy fuzzy, but somehow unreal. I suppose surreal is the appropriate word.
Over the next few moments, I recovered and things went great.
