i love this guy we been off and on sence last year he plays games wit me and now i want to get over him but don kno how waht to do

Dear young lady. He is nobody that you should feel intimidated by him. There are no explanations to give, just be yourself. Now, understand that if he is with you out of pride, he will make things difficult, but he has no authoruty over you, so just say the words and that is final.
Now don't say "I love..." say I'm confused thinking I love him. You can't fall in love with some one that manipulates you and shows you disrespect.

Make a list on a sheet of paper divided up in half long ways; plus on left minus on right. Examine this relationship inventory & make a decision. ( based on your info do you need step 1 ?). Now after decision make a plan. Assuming you decide to to not waste your time on this bum, make a plan on how to deal with him in all the various ways you interact with him. Like: use caller ID, avoid his calls letters, no more booty calls etc. Then on a daily basis live up to your decision & plan. More info available via e-mail.

well the best thing to do is focus on u and find u. u still might have feels for him but ull get over it it take smoetime bu t u will move on

you have to get out and meet people. sitting at home and staring at four walls doesnt help your brain. i was so hung up with my ex, and then i started going out, and i realized, people like me for me and it is the best way to get over thinking of someone else.
