Here's my story: My brother won't let me do anything even listen to bands i like but he thinks suck. i can't go to the bathroom and do anything privately without me thinking he's spying on me. I was going out with this girl and he told her a lie that made her brake up with me. I hate him but i want some tips on how i can either get revenge or solve the problem (Please nothing involving parents i cannot tell them or my brother will start being an @$$hole to me!!! He already is but please dont.) I don't even know if he's looking at me now...

I have recently met the greatest woman in my life. We worked together for a while and developed into very close friends. She has been married for only a short time and gets along with her husband fine and he even knows about us and is cool with it. She has openly admitted that she thinks the world of me and has even said she is closer to me than to her husband. We spend hours talking online each night and on many occasions have spent 8 hours talking about life over drinks. We come from a similar background and we get along like life-long companions. She has told me that she wishes her husband was more like me. I would never want to hurt her in anyway and have developed very strong feelings for her. Should tell her how I feel or should I take a break and walk away from the situation and risk never knowing?

We just started dating this past thanksgiving. Prior to that we've been friends since school started and have known each other since freshman year. He's buying me a rabbit for Christmas and I just went out and bought him a $120 mp3 player. We're both 17 and don't work. I know he loves music, and he says I didn't have to get him anything. Would it seem really immature or annoying to send a note to a guy you like. In this note i wouldnt tell him i liked him, but just say something like : Hey. You seem like a really cool guy. I know it sounds kinda silly but I had met this guy about a week ago and we hooked up pretty quickly, he came over to me and held my hand and just started to talk. we were practicly kissing and cuddling all night, he wanted to see me again so he asked for my number. so all week we were texting eachother and he was saying that he missed me alot and he cant wait to see me. Then later that same week he txt me from another mates phone saying that he didn;t have any credit left and that he'd talk to me later, I was fine with that until suddenly he stopped messaging me completely. Im thinking like what the hell happened here, everything was going good and suddendly it crashed and burned. Does this mean he's met some other chic and dropped me or what, what does it sound like to you cause I have no clue what happened.

My daugther who is now 21 was with a guy who was a drug dealer( small time meth creep) and he went to jail for 6 months but before he did go to jail he assaulted her and hurt her pretty bad. That added another 2 months on to his time.He is out of jail now and she is with him again. She had abandoned a good job offer to go back with him. I am having a tough time accepting this. Any suggestions in how to handle this?

I like to wear a elaborate Jar Jar Binks costume and mask as part of my every day life. I went to the grocery store, and saw how depressed everyone was so I thought I would help. I started dancing in the aisles, and yelling at people, and running up to people and taking things out of their cart. It was great fun. Then when I went to check out, there was only one lane open and a long line. I screamed and screamed while in line and danced, bumping into other people. I opened a box of baking soda and threw it around. Finally I got to the checkout. I started making noises at the cashier, and I kept pressing buttons on the computer. Some people in line were groaning because the line was getting very long, but that gave me even more incentive to make them laugh. I climbed onto the table and started kicking peoples groceries on the floor and singing. The manager and one of his goons pulled me off and said I could never shop there again. Can I sue for harrasement or possibly assualt?

I've known this guy for about 4 years now and we have had an up and down friendship. We dated a little bit in high school but I was too busy to handle the relationship. He joined the air force about a year ago and I went off to college. I used to talk to him a couple times a week until I found out that he was back with his ex-girlfriend. I'm really confused right now... okay, my friend and I had a HUGE fight a couple weeks ago, and seriously didn't say a word to each other for a few weeks. I've been friends with him for like three years, and people pretty much always grouped us "together" even though we were always in denial of it... but in all honesty i do like him a lot. We finally got over this fight just recently, and for a few days he was great, and we were talking like normal. Then he started going on to me about how he needed a girlfriend, which everyone seems to think means he likes me... we had a really deep conversation though in any case. But for the past three days, he hasn't said a word to me... he literally looks at me, and I'll smile at him, and he just looks at me and looks the other way... I like this guy a LOT, but I'm really tired of playing games with him and sitting there trying to figure out what he's trying to do... I'm getting ready to give up on him... any advice?? I work in a small office with a lot of people. I got engaged right after I started working there so I do not have anybody from my currnet job on the wedding guest list. However, is there some sort of etiquette that says I need to invite my boss? And if that's the case where do I draw the line, is it just my immediate supervisor, or do I also invite the head of the office?
