One of them is missing. I wouldn't normally worry, but he's an hour past cerfew and we learned that my uncle (who had been abusing both of them) broke out of jail 4 hours ago.

My dad got really stressed out. I understand that, of course, but my other brother asked him a question and got punched in the eye, hard. He's freaking out (my brother). He comes from an abusive background.

I'm a mess. My mother is still at work and doesn't know, my dad's upstairs in his room, and the police won't start a search for my brother until tommorow morning (mostly because it is dark out.) I don't know what to do. Should I call my mom? Should I calm my brother down? I'm freaking out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My dad won't let me leave the house to search for my brother, either.

i rele like this guy but he has a gf at another school (no hes not lyin ive seen her) but wen he brought her to the skating party he looked totally bored and they didnt skate at all. i rele like him and i think possibly he mite like me. but we;re from like totally different worlds and his best friend HATES me and my best friend used to like him (his and my best friends are girls). i dont know wat to do. we're friends but can it ever be more than that. The parents have been very laxed with her. They have given her a lot of freedom without any limits. She is unable to make good decisions for herself and is lying to them and doing things they would disapprove of behind their backs. Stuff that will harm her in her future. I told the girls sister and parents. The 'rents are angry with me for telling the sister. They somehow want me to take responsibility to reform the situation. I am a relative who lives far and am not the same age The girl doesn't speak to me except maybe 2x a year. I have gotten nasty emails and phone calls from the parents. Do I respond to them? Do I remain silent? What can I do/ I really don't want to take responsibility for the situation. She is so far into things that I don't feel she will change. And when she doesn't the blame will be on me for not getting her out. I can't take the emotional blackmail. What would you do?

I'm a single disabled mother and therefore my daughter and I live with my parents. They do a lot for us and I would really like to get them a Christmas gift, even though I keep saying I'm not doing Christmas because there isn't money for it. I recieve assistance because I am unable to work(for now, I am working at getting better) - that is how I support my daughter and myself (as much as possible). I can only afford about $30 total, and even that is tight. My parents do so much for everyone else and are very close to us. Please help with some ideas ASAP.

My mother became friends with this family, she also cleaned there 10 thousand sq. ft. home. I also became friends with them. Eventually she was fired, and the friendship ended for her. I had already become very close to this family, and couldn't just end the relationship because of her. That pissed my mom off! They had helped my husband and I out of some tight situations. I didn;t feel that they deserved that! Then my husband, and myself got the invite to move into their huge home RENT FREE for a year, in trade I would clean their home. This was a great opportunity that I couldn't pass up. My mother hasn't spoken to me since I chose to continue our friendship. My brother and his wife think that I am the one that broke up the family! I didn't go to see my family on Thanksgiving, but I called my mom and said happy Thanksgiving. But I really don't know what to do about Christmas? My husband wants me to just forget about them. I am so torn!!!

...so there is this guy that Ilike a lot and he's a great friend, an excellant listener and he is the sweetest person in the world the problem is that he is a bad kisser. he's just way to aggressive and not in a good take-charge kind of way he's just bad. I don't want to tell him that he needs kissing help but for my sake and the sake of future women he's with he could use a few tips. I like guys who know what they want and all but he needs to learn to be more gentle, since he is SSSSOOOO aggressive everytime there is almost no romance when we kiss even though he is a very romantic guy and I like him ALOT. What should I do?

I have been best friends with someone since we were in high school (15 years). He married his long-time girlfriend who is absolutely awesome. I'm so happy for him, but i can't help finding myself thinking how sexy she is or how great of a body or what an interesting mind she has. I dont want to really change him. just he's always getting psysically hurt. atleast 1 time A WEEK, he gets injured BADLY. i tell him to be careful and watch what he does. about 2 hours ago i found out he was in the hospital for breaking his knee! and last weekend he had to go there because he twisted his ankle.. seriously... how can i make him do things more careful?

last night me and my bf had our first argument (not bad after 2 months of dating) he meant to meet me after work and after standing outside for 20 mins i rang him and he said he was at work and he forgot to tell me. this upset me so we had a little argument. but a hour later he turns up at my house he said he paid his mate £60 to cover his shift as he loves me to much not come and say sorry. he then spent most of the night saying he loves me. is he just saying this because he upset me or do you think he means it.
