Gee it's been over 10 years and I still have moments when I cry for my Mom. For every one it is different, but I would say there is no time limit to mourn.

I think probably never. My Mothers a year now - I think what you're really asking is when will the pain ease. It's different for everyone, you probably will always have tears at odd times, but thru the years the pain of it will ease. Try to remember good times, how much they loved you, and always honor them in you own way. There is no set time to greive. Take your time, and God bless.

my Mother has been gone for 1 year now, the first year was very very hard it is alittle easier now, she is in my thoughts daily, I don't cry as often, but I still do cry for her I miss her so much still> You will always cry for a lost parent I think they may be silent tears within yourself, but I think you always cry for them. The loss of my mother has forever changed me, it does get alittle easier with time but there with always and forever be a void in your life, there is in mine. No matter what age you are it's hard..

I can't talk from personal experience, but I know if I lost one of them I would be crying inside for the rest of my life. (both happy memory and sad tears)
