Here's my story: My brother won't let me do anything even listen to bands i like but he thinks suck. i can't go to the bathroom and do anything privately without me thinking he's spying on me. I was going out with this girl and he told her a lie that made her brake up with me. I hate him but i want some tips on how i can either get revenge or solve the problem (Please nothing involving parents i cannot tell them or my brother will start being an @$$hole to me!!! He already is but please dont.) I don't even know if he's looking at me now...

I think 1. You could be partially parinoid. 2. If you really think this, you need to confront him about it and if he doesn't start to leave you alone, punch him in the face. Tell him straight up that you WILL listen to your bands, even if he doesn't like them etc. Do you share a bedroom? If you do, you might try getting your own room. Or, you could give him a taste of his own medicine, like, with the whole music thing, you could fry all his cd's/mp3's in the microwave (or smash them with a hammer :D) then be like, "you shouldn't listen to that stuff because I don't like it. lol Good luck! (oh yeah, you probably shouldn't do the cd thing unless you've got some money)

It sounds like you might be a little paranoid. Unfortunately, if your brother is spying on you and ruining your relationships, there is nothing you can do that doesn't involve your parents. There may not be anything they can do about it either. You cannot control your brother's behavior.

give him a loud bell and tell him its really special and tie it around his ankle so you can hear him when he walks to you
