My mother does not act like a mother or do her job as one. She treats me like crap. She acts more like my friend. She calls my sister bitches and hoes, but I don't let her try me like that. I practically take care of myself or my other family help out. My aunt offered to take custody of me but you know she was saying no. Is there a way I could prove to the courts that she is a bad parent and I'm living in a bad home, and that I have family members that are willing to take care of me at no cost. There has to be a way. I'm not going to be bad and runaway like most kids so she could have the police come after me. This doens't make any sense. I have no type of parental figure here or support. I could go somewhere else to be treated like crap. I feel that If i have another place to go to get love and support and financial care i should be able to. Parental rights should be able to be signed over or taken someway. At the other house I will have a mother and a father plus siblings to love me.

My bestfriend is getting a divorce from her husband but only because they fight with each other about her step son. She heard that when you are in the process of the divorce that they cant have sex or it will prolong the divorce if the court finds out. Is that true?

my best friend since i have known since i was 5 years old has been copying me. i know it may sound immature of me to complain about this but, it's really getting on my nerves! she copies "my words" example:coolio

My b/f told me he wants me to move in w/him. which means me moving to Georgia when he comes home from iraq. been together few months, known each other for yrs. i want it to work w/him more than anything. im afraid if i dont move he will be upset & it wont work, afraid if i do move then we will grow tired of each other always being together 24/7 and i wont have any friends there so we would never have space. ive never lived with someone before, he has. so bascially i want to move cause i love him very much but b/c i love him & want it to work i want to take it sloweri think so we have a better chance of making it. am i wrong? ill take any advice whether positive or negative.

My group of friends at school includes a few guys. One of my nicest friends had some of the guys make squeesing moitins towards her butt as she turned around. They never actually touched her until recently. A couple days ago they purposly touched her boob. This made my friend very embarresed and uncomfortable. They've done this to a couple other girls too. Would this be considered sexual abuse or harrasment (or something else)? Should we tell an adult or is this not a big deal?

we aren't officially together and she wants a relationship. she hasn't said it plainly but i can tell. hints have been made. she is a very pretty girl but she is mormon and i am christian. i have alot of drug habits that she doesnt like and i am not willing to give them up for a high school relationship. they almost never last and besides, i like my drugs. this may sound pathetic but i have never broken up with anybody. all of my girlfriends have broken up with me or else i just stop talking to them and they get hte hint. but i know that that is a stupid way to do it and it never ends well. i am sure telling her wont be easy but i just need a good way to put it.

I've been knowing this guy for about 1.5 years, and we've been dating on and off. I left him alone for awhile because I felt that he was playing games with me. I guess he realized what he was missing when I cut him off, so he made a big effort to get back involved with me.
