It is sexual harassment and yes you should tell the school counselor or a teacher you trust or your parents tell any adult that has the authority to resolve the situation.

Well yeah, it IS a big deal. Your friends who have been touched need to talk to a teacher soon. It can be any teacher ... just make sure they tell a teacher and it can't be you telling a teacher or anyone else. It MUST be the girl who was touched or if there where several who had this happen to them, only they can tell the teacher.
It's a serious situation and those boys could be expelled or have sexual harassment charges against them. But I did the high school thing too, and I think yourself and your friends need to decide if you really didn't want them to touch. Sometimes girls in high school will want a guy to do those things, but a minute later they will be all "omg I've been sexually harassed". Think about that, because you could possibly be changing the future of those boys (they may be expelled, have charges against them, go to court, and gets even more complicated). If your friend doesn't want it to countiue then she should firmly tell them that it must STOP.

Any kind of unwanted touch or comment is abuse, usually sexual. Especially if she is feeling "embarrassed and uncomfortable." I think this is a big deal because if nothing is done to stop it, it may continue to even worse things. All of these girls should get together and report it to someone in authority. Good luck.

if your friend, the one who got touched, wanted the guys to make those motions toward her butt then she can't really complain because she was basically telling them that it was ok with her that they do that sort of thing to her. its not a big deal.
have your friend tell the guys not to do that anymore if it makes her feel uncomfortable. if she tells them that and they keep going on with it tell an adult.
this happened to me last year when i was in 7th grade

Sexually harassment or abuse.
Next time he does it the girl should kick him in the family jewels and when the teachers ask why, tell them exactly why and I guarentee the girl doesnt get in trouble, and the guy doesnt do it again.

This is definitely sexual harassment. If she doesn't want them doing it then definitely tell someone. Definitely.
