Yes, it can be used to control menstration problems and other health reasons.
With your logic a woman couldn't or shouldn't take birth control unless they have already had sex. WOW that first time would be very risky.
Also, a virgin can get pregnant having sex close enough to the vagina if sperm is deposited there. Those little sperm are on a major mission.
I assume she is on birth control to balance her hormones for reasons other than contraceptive reasons.

Yes, a lot of girls are on birth control now a days who are virgins. Doctors are recommending it to girls who are experiencing problems with their period (ie, are irregular, exeriencing extreme cramping). The pill helps keep the period regular and helps deter some of the extreme problems that affect some women before, during and after their period. The pill just works with the hormones in a women's body, adjusting them so that one can predict when she will have her period

Yes, BC pills are used for more than protecting against pregnancy. It has nothing to do with your sex life and whether or not you are sexually active. I take them to help control the intensity of cramps during my period.

if your thinking of having sex then USE A CONDOM.
else if your a virgin they there is no need to take the pill or the morning after pill cuz you odviously aint had sex yet.

absolutely!Its common for parents these days to make sure that their children are protected against pregnacy.Just remember though if you are thinking of doing something such as have intercourse,you should seriosly think of the repurcussions.I wish I would have waited for my honeymoon.
