Our 4 year old son is adopted. He has been with us since he was 5 months old. His birth mother lost custody of him due to years of drug abuse and illegal activity. His birth grandmother was given an opportunity to gain custody of him but said she didn't want him (had 2-1/2 years to change her mind...this was a very slow process). The birth family knows who we are due to our presence at the court proceedings. It was a closed adoption.

The birth grandmother has called and left voice mails several times (we are listed in the book) and we have not responded due to the inappropriateness of the calls (she was slurring her words in a few and other times talked about how she wants to know her grandson and bond with him.) Recently, she CAME TO OUR DOOR and rang the doorbell and ran and there was a bag of cards and presents from her family members for my son. (we are donating to child charity) We are somewhat alarmed. We have thought of moving and/or restraining order.Thoughts???

First off this did not happen to me it happened to my friend today. Anyway my friend is in love with a total jerk! She bought tickets last thursday to see a famous play tonite. She bought the tickets for her and her boyfriend. This was so supposed to be a surprise for him. She got the perfect seats 3rd row floor seats. However when she told him about the tickets yesterday he totally blew her off and told her that he had plans to watch football at his friends house tonite. He also took the tickets and gave them away to his sister and her boyfriend. My friend called me today crying because she spent like 150.00 for the tickets and she bought a new outfit and got her hair done. How could he be such an a**.

i hate his attatude with me . ok i broke up with him now he was so nice he would hold my hand .and if u havent herd my story i gose like this . i met a nice boy in class for the first too weeks he huges me holds my hand and the gose and flitrs with my firend! yes she is the problum she cums in my class he gose to see her . im a good persion and a good girl i would never do any thing to hurt him . and if u new me u wouls agree . i want some one to love and care for me a nice guy who would like to just hang out and talk to me . i see him tomarow what can i say to him ?

Ok this guy and I have been friends for about 7 years and I was friends with his sister 1st and they are twins....well we hung out on friday night and it turned into a date...it was really sweet hes about the last good guy in this town...and I think he really does like me but we haven't told his sister and I want to know if I am crossing any friendship lines with her before him and I go further because honestly I don't know if I want to lose her friendship over this...can someone give me some help on this????

I thought i had a really sweet guy, then he started taking off on the weekends and only coming home at night, "like he was trying to avoid me!" He always stays friends with females he once dated! He started hanging out with one of his ex's and boom he was gone!
I always treated him with lots of love and attention! Sex was always on point! SO WHERE DID i GO WRONG? I didn't wanna act insecure and jealious about his ex's because he'ld cop an attitude when I happened to go there once!
He said they all had boyfriends and I had nothing to worry about, so I tried not too and never bothered him about things again!
I put so much trust in him,and he knew I had prior issues with trust from my ex!
I never thought he would go there on me!

My family just makes me wanna get away from them. I have four sister the oldest one (22) is almost like my best friendbut we never talk about our problems but were heaps tight. My next sister (almost 20) we never talk, were completely different . Then there's the middle child (17) me and her get along but not as well as she does with me lil sister (13). She has a temper she used to hit me and my lil sis when we were younger but she matured since then but she would kick my ass if i didnt do what she told me no matter wat it was. Now my lil sis is doing some stupid stuff she smokes, drinks (like every weekend), and nows she pregant. I cant understand anyone in my family and my mum is always working i wish i could spend more time with her but she's always running around for everyone else. In my family i feel like they dont know that i exsist. And i dont see my dad anymore cause i already gave up on him he treats me like **** and he was abusive when i was younger. Should i give up or not??

i have been chatting to a fella online for about a month he lives in wales and me in england, we chat on the phone, he keeps me up late chatting to 1pm, any way he wants to meet me and says he can come down to me or i to him, but because of the distance i would need to stay overnight at his place, spend the weekend or him at mine for the weekend, i am not comfortable with this as i think he may be wanting sex and trying to use me and i don,t know if i have that much self control, but i fancy him when i see him and get on well with him but i do not want to be hurt or used. i would rather we took our time.

well.........there's this boy in school named Brian and he is really nice to me. I am kind of like one of the geeks in school and he is a popular football player. one of the s really like him but he keeps ditching her to talk to me. Every time he comes up to me i hesitate and run away. He follows me and comforts me. The , adrianna, is threatening me to stay away from Brian. i really really like Brian. I am 33. My husband is 46. He has 3 children from a previous marraige. When we met - I was very clear about my desire to have kids, and he was very clear about his desire to not have kids. He said - I love you so much though - "I will give you a child." I believe he loved me so much - that he would want a child - he doesn't. The worse part - I have lost two babies - and now he says things like - I kept my promise - I gave you two - this hurts. He also frequently reminds me that he doesn't want a baby. I don't know if I should stay. I also worry about how he will treat our child - especially in comparison to how he treats his 3 children from his preivous marriage. Our marriage is a rocky one to top it off. He is a VP at a large company and he uses this power against me quite a lot - and says with his money he could replace my beauty easily and just have someone to adore him and travel - not have to have a family - should I stay in this situation?

ok so i am a senior in high school, last night was my fall dance.there was this guy @an afterparty..but picture this guy: cute but not "hot", SO INNOCENT & realllly (i cant emphasize enough) SHYYY. he doesnt get girls often and he is really inexperienced-hes had a couple kisses but thats it

to make the story short, we were upstairs just hanging out, having a great conversation &laughing. then we kissed (keep in mind, this is an innocent shy guy) but after only like 2or 3minutes, he said, "wanna go back downstairs?"

this has me confused-i know im NOT a bad kisser &i do know that hes definitely into me

a friend who is friends w/ him says that he, being ashy innocent guy who doesnt usually get action, had no idea what 2 do or was too shy to go further-but i am still confused-i mean what guy doesnt want 2nd or 3rd base after 1st? is this normal for inexperienced guys? whats going on in his head?

advice is appreciated. please dont say hes just not into me
