I have an upcoming hearing regarding my 3 young children, after a long (almost 2 year) battle with my alcoholic ex-husband, we are moving forward with termination his parental rights. After SO many hearings we have reached the end of the road with this and even though we have been to court too many times to count I am wondering what the termination hearing will be like, other than all the testimony I have to give as to why he is an unfit father etc. What will the cross examination be like? If you have been through this before please let me know what I might expect. Thanks!

PS I realize this is a very short explanation for a very long drawn out issue....there are way too many details to put out here.

OK, I work in a place with alot of other women my age. I'm not a very social person - I'm pretty quiet in fact so I NEVER give other women complements and I never hang out with people, never drink socially and I do everything alone...

I have a pretty girlfriend - very sexy, long hair, etc and I placed a large picture of her in my office as well as some of her and myself together.

Despite the fact that I'm obviously involved,,, I have serious problems with women trying to talk to me all the time - despite the fact that I try to ignore them and bury my head in a computer all the time.

Its gotten so bad, I have other women sitting accross from me with short skirts and no panties on who sit with their legs uncrossed and I keep getting invites to lunch and dinner.

Why do women do this?

Why is it women bother to aim for men who have stable relationships (or marriages)?

ok so im a gothic person and my friends parents r major christians and they hate me bcuz they dont like the way i dress, they say im a bad influence on my friend and i would like to change my religion so i can be a wiccan and that is a religion but they say that im talkin to the devil and **** like that. and also my friend started to smoke and then her parents found out and accused me of makin her smoke when i have asthma and would never make her start smokin i was the only one that was tryin to make her stop! There is a guy in my school that I like and his name is John. He always finds some excuse to mess with me, even if its stupid or not. For example, on Friday he asked me where I was from and on thursday he was joking around with one of his friends and he said that I took his friend's jacket (as a joke). Whenever I see him, hes usually looking at me and smiling and talking to his friends at the same time. Yesterday he was across the street from me and he was staring at me pratically.Does he like me? If he does, then how do I tell him that I like him too, because if he doesn't, I don't want his friends to make fun of me for the rest of the year.

Since the first day we met he has been upfront about his relationship. He could have easily not said anything about it -since it is a long distance relationship. He isn't about to break up with her just because he found someone he may be more compatiable with. He has said time and again that he doesn't think things between them are going to work out. So, I am getting married and my sister is pregnant. We are haivng the wedding after the baby is born since my sister is the matron of honor. I went to drop the kids off and no one was there.I called my ex who did not pick up her cell. I called the police to let them know in case my ex calls and said I am playing games. The sitter finally showed up and hour later. I told my ex if the sitter is that irresponsible I don't want my kids with her. I told my lawyer also. Other advice?

I have a really good friend..he used to date of my of friends who cheated on him the entire time and broke his heart. I'm not worried about dating one of my friend's exes because her and I aren't really even friends anymore. He's not over her yet. It's been a year. For the last 6 months, we talk almost everyday via text messaging..sometimes for hours. We hang out alot, laugh all the time, everytime we go out to eat, he pays for me even though I tell him not to. Everyone who knows us keeps asking us if we are together, and I'm always the one who says we are just friends b/c they ask me. Last week we ended up txting some pretty spicy stuff and didn't talk for 3 days after that. I love him to death and want more with him but he's said many times that he doesn't want a g/f when referring to other chicks. Last nite, he told me I needed to get a boyfriend to pay for my dinner - out with 10 others - and I asked if he was offering and he handed me the cash. But no kisses..nothing. Help

If the guy is very much into his religion and the girl isn't. The guy I like is a christian. There's no problem there because I am a christian too. The problem is that he's always in church and has very strict morals. He has told me that he likes me but I'm not sure it would work out. He's in church all the time!
