you mean the Maid Of Honor/Bridesmaids?
They usually give the shower, help decorate the church/hall, and anything else the Bride needs. The Maid Of Honor holds the flowers during the ceremony, and follows behind the bride to straighten out the train of the dress. Most importantly, the brides attendants are there to help share in one of the most important days of the brides life.

Pretty much anything. :) A personal attendant helps the bride get dressed and ready to walk down the aisle. Can help with hair, make up, etc. Also, if she says, "I need a drink of water" or whatever -- the personal attendant goes and gets it. If the bride wants to know how many people are seated - the personal attendant goes, looks and reports back. You get the idea -- pretty much anything!

Your personal assistant is your "sanity saver". She is the one who will be your helping hand, the go-to girl for all of the assistants, getting everyone coordinated, where they need to be and when they need to be. they wait on you hand and foot with tissue to dry your eyes, a supportive caring word to help you smile, a glass of tequila to calm your nerves (or tea, whatever you drink...lol). Help you get dressed, make sure everything fits you just well, and the main things she is there for is to just plain LISTEN to the bride. She is a friend, and a true lifesaver!
