If your friend has turned against you... dont worry, your not going to die. You should talk to ur friend and ask her whats wrong. If she doesnt answer you then keep trying until she brakes. Youll get through this dont worry.

Confront your friend, tell her you miss her friendship. Ask her what happened and if there's anything you can do to patch things up. Be patient it might take a few times of asking before she's ready to answer. But don't wait because it'll just look like your friendship is not a priority with you. Ask then give her time to cool off. Don't talk to anyone else that you know about this, because it will get back to her and she'll take it the wrong way. Don't even say anything AT ALL when other people say this or that. Remember what they are saying might be embellished or taken out of context. Do you have a boy friend that she might also have a crush on?

Wonder if something happened to them. Don't react badly because if they were friends with you for so long it probably means they like you and they're just upset about something that they haven't told you about. If you alienate your friend now it could be the worst thing to do. Be nice and gentle with him/her and if you think the circumstance warrants it, ask her if something is wrong. Ask her other friends as well, that might give you a clue as to what's up. Good luck.

Don't let one bad day ruin three years of friendship. Confront this person and ask them why they did what they did. Be persistent. People often make silly mistakes and there is a good chance you can save your friendship!

dont start to spread rumors about the bad stuff they have told you. im not saying you would but if one of you starts doing that it will get seriously bad. just try talk ing to her. if shes really your best friend shell listen and want to work on it
