I really like this guy but he is socially different from me. We are in the same profession but he is....how can i say it.....very middle class compared to myself. he speaks properly and is a real gent around women. Is it possible that two people from two totally different backgrounds can have a relationship?i feel really common when im around him. (not that this is a bad thing, and he hasnt questionned my background or anything). am i just being paranoid?i feel as if he can do better than me.

I'm 18 n i just started first yr of university. I find the subject i am studying very hard and i don't like it at all. I live with my mother only, n she is like the only family, support, for me. I told her i don't like this program, that i can't do it, that i want to switch, every time i tell her this she becomes angry, yells at me, says she spent her life on me n i'm a loser n throwing every thing she did for me away. She is like abandoning me, she doesn't talk with me, she doesn't come to home when ever i'm home, she doesn't do the things she used to do, she doesn't love me any more just becuz i can't study this freaking course, i hate it, i'm not who she wants me to be, i'm not a nerd, i don't wanna be one, but she wants to hav a nerdy kid, she wants to go show off to her family n friends, she doesn't care a single **** about what i want. It's so hard for me to see rejected becuz of who i really am. Who is right? me or my mother? what should i do?

Okay, I have asked your guys'gals advice on my ex girlfriend. She dumped me a month ago because she said that she really needed to figure out what makes her happy and sort things out in her life. Her father passed away 4 months ago and she told me that she has been unhappy for a very long time. She is in therapy for these issues. When she broke up with me she asked me not to hate her and that the timing of us sucked because of her problems. She wanted to be friends, but I told her that I could not right away because I knew I would have hidden intentions cause I still had strong feelings for her. I needed time to get over her. So with her Bday coming up I asked you guys/gals if it would be okay to txt her on her birthday. You guys seemed to think that this would be a good idea because you think she would like to hear from me, but how do I know that she would like to hear from me. We haven't talked since the breakup?

Ron used to work for the Air Force Base in Geilenkirchen close to the Dutch border, and they used to live in Brachelen a small German village in the very west of North Rhine Westphalia,Germany, at least 15 years ago. As they kept moving around we lost track of them and would be very happy to know how every one was doing.

I was dating this guy for about 5 years in college. I cheated on him with one of he's good friends (several times).
Eventually, things didn't work out with my bf & the "friend".
While I was going out with my bf I met allot of people & became friends with all of he's friends. I became friends with all the parents too. Even closer to the one "friends" parents who I cheated on my bf with but became friends with them BEFORE I cheated. I'm sure all the parents knew what was going on with my bf, the "friend" & I.
Three years later & I've still remained friends with everyone & the parents.
Now I started talking to the "friends" younger brother (who hangs out with us). We hooked up one night in the summer & have been talking since. I've been trying to hide it cuz I feel ackward since I have a history with he's friend (my ex) & he's brother. I never want to go over to he's house cuz I don't know what he's parents think about situation or me. Do I relax and go for it and not?

i have been split up for 6 months.my ex wife to be is from peru,she has been here for 3 years and as soon as she got her residents visa she was off.
ok i know i was a fool bbut thats life.
i see my son wednesday nights and all day sunday.
the problem is my ex has never had any engkish friends and she only talks to the baby in spanish.
whenever i take him anywhere he doesnt understand anyone.
im frightened that when he starts school he wont have a clue and because of this he will be mocked and picked on.

i think that the reason why im like this is because my mom is to over protective! ever since i was even 17 or 18 she always made me stay in the house cant spend time with friends or anything!she even gets mad when i go to the pharmacy! all h311 broke loose one time because i came back from the mall at 6pm.all i ever did im my life was home school church.i tried out for the wrestling team at school and comeing home around 8pm was even a problem!

My husband is addicted to porn. I won't allow it in our house. I am a christian and don't believe in it. So he goes to the porn booth to veiw it. About ever 6 months or so he has sex with a hooker ( a different one each time). He doesn't tell me until 2 or 3 months after. We have a 9 month old daughter together. I am 26 and I have four children (ages 5, 4, 2 and 4 months old).

I have a problem. Since my last pregnancy, I just don`t feel like sleeping with my hubby anymore. Not that I`m afraid of getting pregnant. It just I can`t do that... anymore.... I think.

This is making our marriage life sour and it almost breaks our relationship.

Has anybody here ever feel like me?

Pls don`t tell me that I have phsycological problem. And I am not gay either (in case anybody think that way).

i am just coming out of a 4 yr long distance relationship, and the reason i do not feel is due to the distance, however i feel totally used, i really loved her and made every effort to travel to see her 20 odd times a 7000 mile round trip, however my love was blind, she never would say she loved me, never came to visit me, hardly kissed never stayed over and we didnt sleep together even though i tried to move all these things forward and we discussed it, however tghe worst thing was that she created this dream for us about living together and slowly she coaxed more and more money out of me for rent and a car and then tried for a house deposit, then i couldnt afford it, i feel a complete ******* idiot so u dont have to tell me, i just want to know how i can stop this happening again, how to say no and to stop being manipulated like she did, i feel i am too much of a nice guy, the more she talked to me the more she conned me i feel, sensible answers please

Here's what I mean ... I was thinking the other day about all the blokes I'd met over the last 10 years or so, most I wasn't bothered about, a few I had relationships with. There was this one guy in particular that I had a real connection with and he did with me. He had a girlfriend at the time so I did the right thing and kept it friendly but didn't get involved (and I would have loved to). We eventually lost touch but I since found out that he did have an affair years after, left his girlfriend for another woman and now they're married and really happy together. So is it really best to do the right thing or should you maybe do the wrong thing to get the right outcome??
