80% of the world's male population is intact (uncircumcised). Women who have experienced both overwhelming prefer the intact male. Only the United States and Israel routinely circumcise boys, although the rates in the US have since fallen to about 50%. It was so high because of the billion dollar foreskin industry (selling them to pharmacutical companies). Sadly, uneducated American women who have never seen or experienced an intact penis often react with "EWWWW"--dump them on the spot, they are worthless. People are comfortable with what they are used to--Americans are just plain ignorant when it comes to genital mutilation. It's sickening, really. Any European nation would be and are horrified at circumcision.

I think depends on religion. But the most important thing is uncircumcised gets more enjoy because less friction to your underwears makes more sense
