My father was married to a woman that would not let me talk to him if she was not in the room. I know he had a will as he called me a told me he was making his out but when he died she would not let me know what was in the will. Now she has passed on and her son will not talk to me. so how do I find out what my father wanted?

Alrit so this guy ALMOST asked me out on dance day, stuttered, and asked me about some project due 2 weeks ago! Now I think he likes me, because I took some adivice from all you great people at Yahoo! Well I am sortof starting to like him too, he's cute, short, and sweet! I have his MSN/EMAIL but he is NEVER online, so I don't get to tell him EXACTLY how I feel! I can't talk to him where we met, because some of his VERY intimidating friends are there! + even if I eventually get around to telling him, I cant "date" him because of personal reasons! So all Yahoo! users...here are two questions for you:
1) How should I tell him my feelings for him?
2) If we do come clean with each other, and he asks me out...what should I do?

Please Help Me!

In November 2004 my son went to live with his dad as a mutual agreement between his dad and me. I do not work because I stay home with my two smaller children from my current marriage of 13 years. The agreement was that as long as I did not work then I would not pay child support. Well I have not worked however my husband does. My conflict, even though I do not work I have been paying a small amount of child support and paying for my sons school cloths and such things. Now my ex- husband is saying that he is going to take me to court for child support while my husband now of 13 years is fighting in Iraq. Can my ex husband do this to me right now of all times? Please help stressed and deppressed!!!!

yesterday, when i was in a chat room, an american commented in the open room that Americans hate Indians and Pakistanis. I was shocked at the rude way he put it. Worse still he said "we already have dogs". How many of you americans, especially women,( because the one who said so was an "honourable lady" approve of this kind of racial arrogance and still continue to be hippocratic propagators of democracy, equality and all that????

She is 22, mostly mentally ill, just released from an institution, but she isn't that crazy because she is real street smart. I'm not.She makes "friends" with people she barely knows and I can't believe her smarts in some areas and stupidity otherwise.

when she is really on the skids, I get a call to come save her, but it i s killing me physically and emotionally.

I don't know how to process this.

okay this is long but, PLEASE bear with me- I was at this party. I was the DD (desnoatied driver) this guy took me into a room, he had been firlting with me all night so i was kind of happy about it. He started kissing me, I knew where it was going and I didnt want to have sex, but I let it happen...kind of... LESS than 30 seconds into it I started saying " I cant do this" everytime i would say that he would say are you scared, but not stopping. Finally i started pushing him, saying im not going to do this, but he held me down and said YES you are. Is that rape, if so did i let it happen. I feel ashamed but its my fault right... I kissed him, I took off my cloths.. I let it happen.

ok i am soo curious of when like guys give me the looks like they are intersted and then not do anything! Alright so me and this guy are pretty much 'friends with benefits' kind of thing. I like him, he likes me. We both know, we talk about it. Plus we kiss all the time. But I don't get why he hasn't asked me out yet. Sure I want to date him and I gave him many signs. I mean we pretty much act like were dating already but I don't know what or is holding him back. Tomorrow night I have a date with a guy who I think I could really like. The problem is that at 32 and divorced, I lack self-confidence. I feel inadequate and I usually sabotage the date without even realizing it. Then I wonder why the guy didn't call again. I am very successful with my career and I'm reasonably attractive, although slightly (15 lbs) overweight. I just don't know how to act. What should I be doing differently? (m/14) So, I've been single for about two years now, and I have been in high school for about 3 months. Anyhow, I've looked at a couple girls and came pretty close to going out with this one girl. I realized there's a girl who I'd really like to go out with, shes really pretty and really nice. I think she might know that I like her, but I'm not sure. My bf has a pool and we all were gonna go swimming, but my friend was like don't go. So I was like why and she was like, you in a bikini will turn him on and he will rape you or something. My boss has a girlfriend but constantly tells me that he is not into her anymore- the sex life isn't good, on and on- and has approached me with the prospect of sleeping with him. I've never cheated on anyone before (I'm single)- but is this considered cheating? And has anyone else out there ever been in this situation - what are the consequences?? Any advice would be helpful...
