She says that it is nearly impossible for her to do homework or study without the TV on but I have trouble studying with it on. If I bring up turning it off she becomes annoyed. I don't know what to do. Our grades have both been lackluster lately, and she doesn't believe the Television might factor into that. What would you do?

I'm a pretty shy guy and I like this really smart and talentend shy girl at my school. The problem is we have no classes together, and I rarely see her. I have contacted some of her friends to help me in the situation, but so far it seems getter her to know me may take a long time. I'm a junior, so I want to be able to go out with her so I can take her to the junior prom im may 07. I have caught her in the library and other random places; with me saying little more than a shy 'hi'. What should I do so I could have better chances talking with her?

His preference is short, petite women. I have the short part down, but to him I'm a bit over-weight. Now he doesn't want to pursue a relationship with me until I lose the weight,when before he was all gung ho about it, but he says he'll wait for me. I've been trying to lose weight anyway, but I got upset because I feel like he should accept me as I am and then support me in losing weight. Was I wrong for getting upset? Even when I lose the weight I'm not sure I want to keep seeing this guy.

this has probably been heard many many MANY times but here it is again. i feel in love with someone over the internet. i meet her on a online game and first off it was nothing at all but it got deeper and deeper untill where im at now. she is 23 live in canada, know her for about 3 months. know what she likes, know what she looks like, heard her voice, she knows what i look like. she had some hard times and i helped get back what she lost, she doesnt notice i have or just covers it up. then i did somethings not so good, lieing and misunderstandings that lead to what was recognized as "stealing". ive tried explaining things to her but she doesnt want to talk much now. she talked to me the day before i posted this with interest and told me some things that were goin on with her life, nothing that was personal tho. this is where it is going to look bad to some. im 16 i live in another country, i lied and said i was 17 but i admitted it and i told her why i did, reason was because i thought she would start treating me different, and would think less of me. I do love her i know it is love because when she told me she just wanted me as a friend a week ago i crashed and my parents sent me to a hospital an hour away for a week, and my gut hurts ever since, unless she talks to me but it comes back later. ive thought of suicide. i stopped realizing nothing comes from it. i want her to tell her things but i dont know what to do. she was in love me before she admited it. i love her so much its almost sick, i look back and realized that. if you could give any words of wisedom, or any advice id greatly appreciate it.

I have a close friend that is 27, and Im 18. We do lots of things together like shopping, going fun places, and most of the time just hanging out watching t.v. or movies b/c we enjoy hanging out. I look up to her like a big sister and i think she is a really awesome person! I call her quite often b/c I like to catch up on stuff and see how she is doing. She is always nice to me and has never said or done anything to make me think she is annoyed by me, but I am wondering if I am overdoing it? She doesn't seem to mind me calling, but I feel like if i dont call her then she will think I dont care to see what's up but then If I do call her i worry that she might be annoyed!! Help guys and girls what do you think? am i over worried i know its long please read!!!?
i never go out and meet new guys, even at school B/c its wrong if i have a bf. I dont have issues w/ my bf having friends either.he met some tutor in class, which has escalated into a social realtionship. they text each other, i asked her to stop, and she still called him.she doesnt know me, but obviously has no respecct for me. he got angry and said i shouldnt ruin his friendships at school, and that i am jealous, im 24 and know better.she sent a text that she was alone all weekend and went to the movies on Sat.,alone!who does that, she wants him to say hed go with her next time write? the point is should i be worried about him, or go and meet her by surprise at school, and really confront her, afterall, i did warn her already. I know its wrong,but i has his calls forwarded to my number, and shes calling. What do i do?
