We were brought up not to do things like drinking or doing drugs. But it seems that when my brother went to college (total freedom!) he was somewhat influenced by his friends. He knows I know and he said that he'll stop, but eventually i found out that he hasn't! I know the effects of alcohol. It's like i've ntoiced that he's continuing because his friends do and he'd feel left out if he didn't! ( I tried giving all my advice but he doesnt care!) I really want to help but don't know how cuz im really not close to my brother. Is there anything i can do to make him realise what he's doing is wrong? (by the way, my brother is 23 now!)

I have some little favor boxes and I am putting candy hearts in them, but I wanted a favor that people could keep. but I am having a hard time finding anything small enough to fit in the box! and they need to be cheap, this is a last minute wedding, so the bugdet is tight. also it is a double wedding, so if it tied into that it would be great.....Thanx!

In my relationship, I can say I put in a lot more effort than she does. I plan all our date, I pay for most everything, I spend lots of time with her even though I'm super busy, I'm also the first one to ask for forgiveness, and the list goes on and on.

So the things is that I'm a computer science student that's close to graduation. So I have lots of things on my mind, which also includes trying to keep my girlfriend happy. So maybe about once a month, I might forget to keep a promise on something. And when I talk about small, I'm talking about maybe being unable to save her a computer, or being unable to take her somewhere because I had a test or my boss assigned me to work. But she gets angry at me for accidents, or things that are not in my control. I feel she has a real easy time to remember the small bad things rather than the small good thing. Now she says she can't trust me, cause of the 10% of times I mess up. Is this fair?

Is there such a thing as a friendship website online? I want to make new female friends and find that all the sites are dating ones! A few mates have all moved from this area over the years, and Im finding it difficult to find new ones. Im 42, single with no kids and find that most woman my age are married with kids and even grandkids and they are busy with their own lives. I have a great boyfriend, work part time, but never meet any women I have anything in common with. Any ideas?

ok so i am married with 3 kids ages 4, 2 and 7 months, well i am havig a problem with my older two, they share a room and every day i have to put clothes back in the dresser and the closet. when i say every day i mean it. then we have this toy "shelf" thing thats got canvis bags to hold everything and it comes apart easily that to is all over there room. and again every day i have to put it together and put it all away. and all of this is on top of having problems with my husband, I feel like i am all alone and i am the only one that take charge of anything, if not everything would be a huge mess. I have gotten to the point that i am sick and cant sleep trying to keep up with all 4 of them. i am at a loss and feel like i am going to snap , go nuts and find myself in the hospital.......
My husband does not try to talk to me about anythingthats going on in our home and i cant get a break, he works nights and has to sleep in the day but i feel as though i am being ignored(my needs and so

if a girl is happy in her new relationship . . would she still be calling her ex that she dumped for this new guy every couple weeks? . . .even though he hasnt answered or sent her something back in 4 months? and she still tries to contact him . . also . . can girls act completely happy on the outside and really be torn up on the inside? is there any way to tell if a girl is feeling like that? . . and if she wanted her ex back why would she still be with me and acting fine? why wouldnt she go back to him? maybe because she dumped him and doesnt know if he will take her back? they did go out for 2 1/2 years so i dunno . .. whats goin on?

i should also add that she has been calling/texting him since the begginning of july . . . he tried to get her back for 2 months after she broke up with him. . . they broke up for no reason . .. she just told him she wanted to date around .. . . and she texted him on what would have been there two year anniversary and reminded him of it.

Just recently I have been hanging out and speaking with a lady, and it seems like we are taking things one step at a time. She has been hurt in the past, and so have I. I catch myself sometimes in a state of uncertainty in regards to wanting a relationship with her. It is like, one minute I am all for it, then the next I am wondering if I really should. I have to baby-sit my brother every weekday and some weekend nights. He won't listen to what I say to him, he lies to me, and he gives the most vulgar comments (for a 9 year old, it is pretty mean.). He likes to try to push my buttons and will kick and punch me if I won't let him have what he wants. I can take the hits but I can't take that I have to put up with it. Can you tell me how I can babysit him without having to create havock?
