I have some little favor boxes and I am putting candy hearts in them, but I wanted a favor that people could keep. but I am having a hard time finding anything small enough to fit in the box! and they need to be cheap, this is a last minute wedding, so the bugdet is tight. also it is a double wedding, so if it tied into that it would be great.....Thanx!

I keep "singing the praises" of www.orientaltrading.com. If the items are still too expensive for you at least you can get some good ideas from it. Start here...
http://www.orientaltrading.com/application?namespace=browse&Ne=90000&sp=true&Ntk=all&Ntx=mode%2bmatchallpartial&event=catalog&N=377386&origin=home.jsp&tabId=PartySupplies
This will, like I said, at least give you some good ideas if nothing else. Good Luck and CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!

I am not sure what size your little boxes are, but here are a few Favors you could consider:
Phone cards for free long distance
place card holder in unusual shapes
personal message rolled into a scroll
refrigerator magnets
specialty teas or coffees
seed packet
herb vinegar
picture frame
mini photo album
scarf
shower gel
key ring
telephone pad and pencil
gourmet jam,chili,fudge sauce,popcorn
horoscopes
gourmet candy apple
snow globe
purchase inexpensive cotton material in various plain shades.
Then cut into napkins and fringe. On each napkin type a favorite ruecipe. Guests will be delighted to find they could take their napkins home.

I'm not sure what is cheap, and what isn't but these are only like a dollar a piece. They are Wedding Poker Chips... or wedding coins or something... My girlfriend and I were looking at these because we were talking about getting married on 7/7/7, but it turns out that this is a HUGE deal. Alot of people are doing these!

not sure of the cost but I just went to a wedding where the gift was little paper hearts that you opend up and it had a pellet or something on it. it said "love grows" . the pellet was wildflower seeds to be planted. maybe you could do something similar with seeds in your boxes or something....be creative

the last wedding i went to, each place setting had a small metal wine-cork / bottle stopper. it's basically a metal cone with a rubber ring around it, and you use it to cork a bottle of wine if you're not drinking it in one sitting. the ones they handed out had a small heart on top.

Buy some bubbles, and mark it with the date of the wedding with a permant marker on the outside, they're cheap and easy.

I used little heart shaped cookie cutters. They were adorable. They only cost sixty cents each. Really cheap and something your guests can keep and actually use.
