I am getting married next year, but I have have had a previous marriage dissolution about two or three years ago. Can I still get married in a Church or not? Please advise.

You can definitely get married in a church, even though you've been divorced - even a Catholic church if you want. It just takes some paperwork and talking to the priest to get your previous marriage annulled.

You can get married in most protestant churches. Not necessarily in a Roman Catholic Church unless your marriage was annulled. But you can go to most churches (Methodist, Presbyterian, Baptist, etc.) and ask the pastor to marry you, yes.

You can not get married in a church if your first marriage was in a church. Marriages outside the church are not recognized as marriages and therefore you can remarry in a church.
