Have you agreed to do so? If you want an open relationship where you are both free to date other people, I suggest you be straightforward and honest about the matter. At least your lover will have the choice to accept an open relationship or move on. It's not unusual for lovers to expect that you be exclusive...what are you surprised?

What else do you expect? Do you want him to go "while I'm gone you can **** as many guys as you like while I'm in bed with your mom. You can't have a succesful relationship that's not monogamous.

if you love him why would you not want to be with him only

if you are a player then play dont get into a serious relationship

commitment is hard for some so if you love him you have to deceide HOW MUCH
