Seriously. This is where most everyone is, so...

I have tix to see the #1 team in the country today, but my biatch of a boss scheduled me even though she knows I have season tix. I think she is upset b/c my gf told her off and quit the same job (at a pretty nice restaurant, where we met) and I think the boss now assumes I had something to do w/ it. I only supported my gf's decision. I requested the day off more than 2 mos ago and am the only one in the request book not to get the night off. What would you do? Remember, I would start out $60 in the hole (tix price) if I go in.

i got an ex boyfriend.he still my friend thou.i've been over him a long long long time ago but yesterday he sms me and he said hey,there something i need to tell u. so i said'ok,what is it?' then he reply'i got a new girlfriend.i think u should know.i was kinda i dont care.but the way he tells me is like he thinks i still loves him but im not!i hate that guy.argh,how to tell him that im not in love him and im already over him?

How would you define "friend"? In my experience, a friend is one who initiates conversation with you and expresses interest in you, someone who thinks positively of you (and lets you know) even when you're not together. Given that working definition, I don't think I have a lot of friends - if any. It always seems like I'm reaching out to others, initiating conversation, showing interest in them and their lives....but no one is doing so for me. How about you? How would you define "friend" and, based on that definition, how many do you have?

We went out on a couple of dates. He was leaving town for good and I felt like I may never see him again. We both went for it. He said he would like to see me again, he lives 4 hours away. Was it wrong, it sure didn't feel wrong. He emailed me to let me know he got home okay. He told me that was not his intention with me although it felt good too.

Let me give you the short end on things:

My bf of a year and a half moved in together so I could finish college 4 hours away from our hometown about 4 months ago.

He wants to stay home & watch tv or play on the net...he doesn't help me around the apartment @ all...& I work & go to school...& cooking/cleaning/laundry is a bit much when I've got a lot going on and I have to pick up after an adult. Oh, and I drive almost everywhere b/c he's scared to.

We have no kids/pets.

He only works 32 hours a week. I work & go to school about 35 (not including homework & such).

Yes, I've tried to help him by making him drive places...but then he gets mad @ me. I've tried doing everything in hopes he feels sorry for me. I've tried talking to him numberous times. I've tried letting the apartment go.

Nothing works!

I've cried, begged, made threats to move...everything! I don't know what to do.

Leave or Stay...what should I do?

Ok, my mom doesn't make much money so it takes all she has to make ends meet. My sister is 15 & is always needing stuff (you know the typical teen things). I'm married & have my own household to pay for. I don't have kids yet but my husband & I are saving for a house. Well my sister needs some stuff for a project for school & her nor my mom have any money for it & I think they are hinting around to see if I will help pay. I don't mind but I already have my own stuff to pay for. My sister works as a hostess but doesn't make much so I told her I would buy her supplies if she would pay me back. She said she wouldn't have much in her check. Mom is saying she'll just put it on her credit card. Also, the phone that I use to have in my room at home (when I was still living with them) is now my sister's but I'm still paying the bill, which they pay me back BUT they are 2 months behind on that! Why am I feeling guilty??

i wrote a while back [few days] about someone who may be follwoing me.i dnt think they were or maybe its coincidences that they happen to be wherever i was....thats not the problem the problem is the letter they wrtoe about my whereabouts with a boy [who i want to marry] my dad never got it.cos my mum didnt want to show it to him in case he was in shock or something happened to him.well i got a funny feeling someone may alredy have told him or he will find out sooner or later anyway someone is bound to tell him eventaully that they wrote the letter.
and if thats true i dnt know what my dad will do....hes the kind who wont talk to anyone if somethings wrong he will bottle it insdie and i dnt know the consquences of that hes alreayd quite ill...
my mum is telling me that this boy will never marry me and that all guys just want one thing and they just like to mess up about with girls and then go and marry a `clean` girl....im sure you know what imsaying....we are not that strcit a family but when it comes to going out with guys its a major issue...plus its also the reputation if someone else sees you with a guy....
i really do not know what to do...i feel like honestly dieng as i know my dads slience will kill him or me....and my mums just being all negative that shes 100 percent sure he wont mary me[even though he said he will]the thing my mum is lawyas right even about anything and everything and most guys out there have said they dont wana marry the girl they go out cos she may have gone out with god knows how many guys as well.....
someone is definalty being a prick[sorry] and informing my parents about me through a letter and im geting very scared as well as fed up and angry why is it anyone esle business.....
please i do not know what to do.....my mum thinks i should let go of who im with, but i love him.....what should i do....please

I don't even know where to even start! I have known my friend for a year now. We have both had a topsy turvey year and thats how we ended up getting close to each other.

Of late I have developed very strong feelings for her, but I am not sure how she feels. Having been in a similar situation 2 years ago and lost some one dear to me after I finally told her, I don't want to fo through the same thing again.

My girlfriend of 2 yrs is all off a sudden finding mistakes at watever i do.She said a lot of stuff that hurt me.When i ask her if i should wait till she regains normality...she says its up to me .She cant assure me that she will endup with me even if i decided to wait.Her reasoning is"no matter how much u love a person,its not necessary that u will/should endup with that person"I was really taken back when she said this.Is she indirectly trying to convey something?Should i hang on or just let her go??
