my friend's friend got a proposal on Valntines Day she refused. so that person started making fun of my friend! what does he wanaa prove? and on the other hand, my friend likes that boy!, what should she do?

Well ur question seems very complicated but it's not that much,
As much as i can understand is that ur friend is deeply in love with him (that boy) but he is not aware of it, he doesn't know that how much she loves him. At this time he is happy that he has got a proposal from a gal (which is rare in a boy's case, getting proposal from a gal,most of the times boys use to propose, u know na), Right now he might be busy in making fun of her, telling and sharing about this xperience with his friends, But soon he will realized the depth of ur frieind's luv. I am sure one day he wil be able to understand her feelings.
But...i want to advice her that please dont force him at this time, infact try to stay away from him, start ignoring him as much as possible, i know its easy to say and hard to do it practically, but please dont let ur friend loose her self respect in order to win someone's heart, please...I think this can work, and, if not, then i think atleast he will stop making fun of her and will start giving respect to her, if he cannot love her at this will happen i think. And u can do one thing for ur friend that tell her - if she is not getting this boy then it means god has written definetly something better than him and then she will say "whatever happens, happens for the best".

If he start making fun of her because she refused to go on a date he is not worth it...that means everytime he gets mad with her he is gonna talk about that with everybody...I think he doen't have respect for woman...I can imagine him saying all the things he do with every girl to raise his ego...

well sista,it looks like he's lost respect for her through his internal feelings of rejection he wants to make her feel the feeling he has inside him insteasd of being a man and asking why , she may have many answers ,like hes not mature enough ! TELL HER TO MOVE ON AND FIND SOMEONE WHO RESPECTS HER

may be he should be the hearthrob for all the friendss but this doesn't mean that he must be sensible also. he may be rich and must be boasting. but may be in true love with ur fri.and to reduce his pain he must be teasing her but if she don't like that boy then nvr accept his proposal.
