We've been married 8 years and he's gone to spend a year or a little over training for OTR truck driving, so he will be gone a long stretch at a time, then home again for a short time again and again. We've spent a total of 8 days totally apart other than this. Wondered if anybody had any practical suggestions.

No telling me he's cheating or going to..he's NOT
No telling me to get a boyfriend..NOT an option
No telling me to leave him cuz he shouldn't be away from us, he's doing what is right for us , just need any ideas of help to get through it.

I have known the male for some time and we have a special bond. Earlier this year, I started sleeping with both of them 2gether. We all very much enjoy this but emotions get caught up and we all have deep feelings for each other. I naturally shy away from relationships and am finding this difficult. My bond with the male is stronger than ever but don't misinterpret that to meaning I want him for myself, it isn't like that. The female is straight & has struggled to understand why she both enjoys our encounters and feels so strongly for me. I feel this can't go on longterm but wonder if I'm just trying to run away from myself and the vunerablity I feel. I usually 'control' my relationships and they are usually with females so I feel out of my depth here. Any sensible advice welcome, pls no stupid comments to gain points! Thanks

my best friend and me(im a guy, shes a girl, but thats it)went for a movie the other day. on the way back home,we stopped at a cafe. while we were there, it started to rain. so we ended up staying there a looooooooooong time.... we started to chat about the coming months and she told me her parents were taking her and her brother to europe for a 2 month tour. i told her id miss her and we started talking about something else. when the rain finally stopped, i walked her home. when we were on her porch, she put her arms around my neck, and sang the chorus of 'im leaving on a jetplane' softly to me. then she kissed me on the cheek. and skipped off inside
ive never had 'those' feelings for her before.... and i dont know if i will in the future. do you think i should take a chance? she is really sweet, and if it works out i know i wont regret it. my only problem is, if it doesnt work, we may lose our friendship; i could never deal with that cos shes my best friend in the whole world.......

OK- I have this friend who is super jealous I got engaged before her and she is driving me nuts. She just keeps making comments and "decision" about my wedding like it's her own. For example, she decided that cash bar would be a great idea to save money, plus SHE doesn't drink and then proceed to tell people that my wedding was cash bar. I was soo annoyed and we are having a full stock bar! Betty is still extremely mad because her and her BF have been together longer then us. She has made comments that she wants to get married in October which I didn't think much of because she not engaged or even in a good stable relationship. Well, I just found out through a mutual friend that Betty is DEMANDING an engagement for Christmas or she is leaving the guy. OK, well I am getting married the first week of NOV and she was talking about getting married right around Halloween!!!
OK- it's not like I own the date but I think it's really rude! Plus it sucks for all of our mutual friends that have to be in two wedding back to back, plan and pay for 2 showers and bridesmaids dresses and such.
There is the chance, that her BF is more sane then her and realize they are not ready to get married and NOT get her the ring but I am just preparing myself for the worst. I do feel bad, because I want her to be happy but I know her since childhood and I just feel like she is trying to "beat" me in the game of life!
Anyone else have this happen?
And how did you handle it??

Now, I haven't dated an enormous number of guys - I have this tendency to get into serious relationships kind of quickly - but the odds are against this. The other day, I was thinking over my past experience (I'm taken now, so I can't go out and fix the figures) and, though I'm no more or less attracted to brown-eyed men, I don't seem to have dated any. I know eye colour isn't an important reationship factor, but it just seemed odd.

I did the ultimate wrong in a relationship, I cheated and lied... I truly feel how bad I have hurt her. i am waiting and being a friend as much as possible. I am helping and supporting what she wants to do with her life. Im more than happy she even wants to be friends. I want her to trust guys again, I want her to trust me again. The saying if you love something to let it go means a lot to me. I believe if things are really meant to be they will. I know she cares for me in her heart so Im hoping that tiny bit of love left will be enough to spark something(when the time is right for her) that will last a lifetime of love that will never be questioned again. I will do WHATEVER it takes to prove myself. I promised her I wouldnt lie agian... Im keeping to that even though she doesnt think its the truth. We started out pretty good then I lied about hanging out with a friend to discuss my relationship problems. I will commit to making sure she is happy and Im trustworthy.

well i like a girl. we met once through common frend and then we have been talking online for 3 to 4 months.we also meet sometimes in a mall near by. she likes to talk with me because she thinks i have gr8 sense of humor. i always make her smile. we talk almost evryday on yahoo. she messages me evryday if we dnt meet online. she stays invisible just to avoid other frens while talking to me.and now i really love this girl. i just cant get my mind out of her. i miss her when she doesnt come online. but i am totally confused if she also feels the same way or not? i want to propose her but i m afraid to do so. because she takes evrything as nice frens and she talks with me because i am funny. seriously tell me wether i should ask her out or not!!
