how much will he pay maintance?

we have a 15yr old and a 3 1/2 year old, boys,
dad earns between £600 n £800 per week

My advice would be to talk things over with their dad.

If you can come to some agreement, then get a solicitor to write up the agreement, so it will hold firm in a court of law.

Please try and keep it friendly.

My boyfriend pays 15% of his wages and he only has one child. I think it is 20% of wages Â£200 and over for two children.
