yes, my husband is abusive, but not all the time.. it only seems to be when i tell him how he pissed me off and hurt me. He thinks i should say my peace and drop it. but he never says im sorry or understand why im hurt. but im still supposed to let it go. If not it usally ends up with me pinned on the floor and messed up. Im getting really tired of the abuse, my parents know about it but they think its as often as it is. He really needs help. he crys after words and tells me how he doesnt want to do this to me , and sometimes he says "its ok, its me, im back" im not sure if this is bi polar or manic or what... but we usually get along great in general and we have so much in life in common plus we have kids... i want to stay with him, i just wish hed stop , and he says he wont call a doctor and that i have to go see one because i need the help.. i dont understand... any other women in this situation??

I have been going out with him for 3 months. It has been intensed. We talk almost everyday and spent the night over each other place when we can. Also all those dating stuff. He was sick for a couple of weeks and I was by his side. He called me 10 times in one day whining when he was sick!!, even went to doctor with him. His birthday was last week and he got depressed (mid life crisis) and wanted to spend alone. I spent next day with him. We supposed to meet this weekend( I haven't seen him for a week). He called, left message to cancel. said that he is not in a mood for anything and will turn off his phone. I called several times since I was worried. He finally called back and said he was unhappy usually around this time ( his BD) and it wasn't my fault and tell me to stop calling him. he will call me back later- but he hasn't called yet.
What should I do and how long should I be patient? he was the one who picked the weekend.

I have heard how men lie if they are "caught" cheating, and try to get out of it. But I have never heard of a guy lying saying he "accidentally" cheated, when he really didn't; he just wanted to the girl to walk away. He saw no future in the relationship but was too weak to walk away himself. So he figured if he told her he was with someone else, that she would be furious, and break things off.
How many guys here would do something like that? If not, why? Yes, this is what I was told not long ago, that the guy I dated for 5 yrs "accidentally" spent the night with someone else a few weeks ago. He tried coming clean last night, and told me it was all just a big lie. He just didn't have the heart to end things, and thought it would be easier lying to be about it. Am I being suckered?

How do you get a 15 year old to go to rehab? They only take them if they are willing and she is sooooo not willing but God help me she needs to go before she kills herself.

We are not into any kinda reln, we very rarely talk like say once in 6 mnth talk about life and sometimes new stuff like in the VS store. We don't have any sexual reln and nor do we intend to. Sometimes my frnds husband discusses his sexual reln with wife, not something in detail, just the little bit like surprises she likes and stuff like that. We ended up talking about hair on the body sometime and were talking about convenient ways . it was a very healthy man to man frnd kinda discussion, only difference is that i am a girl. My frnd has go upset with all this and thinks what we did was wrong. I said we did not do anything wrong in discussing as we are frnds. but her words still haunt me an she made it sound as though we were having some sexual affair with each other. please help me. she is a very god frnd of mine and don't wanna lose her. how can i make her understand that my intention was never to give an impression that way. i have chatted with her husband purely on frndship leve

All these questions of cheating are making me nervous.....Guys cheat....why? Saying that it's their nature....they can lead normal lives while cheating and feel no shame.....all you men aren't like that are you? Please tell me that there are some out there that have enough respect for their woman. This makes me nervous about my man cheating on me....gosh! I'm so stressed now. Thanks for putting bad thoughts in my head!

How do I get my guy to buy me flowers again? He used to buy them all the time, but in the last 6 months he has not bought me a single flower, and I miss them! We live 6 hours apart, so I see the problem in sending them all the time, but every now and again can't hurt, especialy since I send him stuff all the time!!

My boyfriend is 36 and I am 22. As big as the age difference seems, we are in love and have been together for 6 months. He's been divorced for 5 years and now his ex-wife told him that she wants him back and she doesn't understand what I have at 22 years old that she doesn't. He told her that I love him unconditionally, don't argue with him about everything and I don't resort to violence. (which are all true) These are all factors why he left her in the first place. After he told me this, I stupidly said that if he ever found his feelings for her again, I'd completely understand. He began to get emotional and said that it would never happen and that he wants to spend the rest of his life with me. The only thing that he got out of his relationship with his ex was physical and mental abuse. I've been in a relationship before where bf said the same thing about his ex-gf and they did get back together and they are now married. Should I worry about anything or am I just being parinoid?

I am recently divorced and I have two sons. My ex-husband has been with my oldest son since he was two and is the father of my second son. About 2 weeks ago, I was contacted by my oldest son's biological father. I haven't spoken with him in years. He informed me that he had tried to contact me several times and spoke with my husband who never told me any of this. He wants to see his son and make up for time lost and help with expenses. Problem is my ex husband is the only "Daddy" my son knows. I know this is probably not the best way to get advice but I am not ready to approach any of my loved ones with this. Serious advice only please

Im writing a story- it involves adoption but I know nothing about it. In the story a woman gets pregnant but leaves the baby's father (bec. he hits her), she goes off with her new boyfriend. This boyfriend promises to help raise the baby w/her as if its his own, but she dies during childbirth, without leaving any real/ legal specifications of where her child should go incase of her death. The boyfriend keeps his promise & takes care of the child, years later the real father comes back & wants the kid. How can the boyfriend kept the child who calls him "daddy"? Would he have any legal leeway? What would he have to go through to legally keep/adopt the child? Is it even possible since he is not a blood relative to the child or to the child's mother, and the real father is still alive and well (even though he was in jail for hitting the childs mom)? What if the real dad dies? I would really appreshiate it if any1 out there could help me bec. i want the story to be as actual as possible thx

They're building a new office next to my office, and on my way in this morning, I saw a really HOT construction worker on the corner, measuring something or other. Jeans, tight shirt, boots, a hard hat and very handsome. My God....he got my heart racing!!! I wish he would tear my blouse and skirt off and show me what he can really do with his tools! Keep in mind that I'm 23, and he was pobably 35-40! HaHa!

Does anyone agree with me that some construction workers are soooooo hot and you have fantasies about them???
