okay, okay, i know i'm not 14...i'm ten years older. no wait! wait! plz. i remember what i did when i had hella acne. at night, before i went to bed, i would put a small small dab of dawn dish detergeant on each and every zit. only on the zits and the zits ONLY. it can dry out your skin to a rash anywhere else ;-) (note, if a rash develops, then stop. just stop. maybe do it less often, but NEVER on a rash area. if all you get is rashes, then don't do it at all, your skin is too sensitive) but the zit has hella moisture..and other things in it. the zit dries up and itches a bit after two or three days of doing this every night. be careful in scratching it, but when it's ready, the zit will flake off and reveal clean, normal skin underneath. what's important is you get a dish detergeant, since it is a harsher cleaner, it draws out grease, forces the skin underneath to develop quicker and the zit will dry off. dawn also has triclosan, an antibacterial agent which is found in many acne washes, toothpastes, mouthwashes, etc.

I have had SERIOUS promlems with acne before. I wasn't that bad, but @ the time no one else really had acne. People in my class would ask what the red things on my face were and I would say that i didn't know. What you have to do is get some really good cream that a friend or someone you know used and said it really helped them. You have to sick with it or it won't work. Some people use it only once and then ask why it isn't working. It takes time with every cream so don't expect immediate change. Your face will get better a little every day. Once your acne has gone, don't stop using the cream. It will come back if you do. I did this and now i don't have acne and everyone else does. I am the pretty one in my class.

You suffer from acne? You're making it sound worse than it is, haha. Unless it was really bad or something. Lol.
I think it's normal to have acne for people around our age. But here's some tips:
1. Wash after exercising - Sweat can clog your pores and make your acne worse. If you work around greasy food or oil or if you've been sweating from heat or because you've been working hard, wash your face and other acne-prone areas as soon as possible.
2. Try not to touch your face
3. Baseball caps and other hats can cause pimples along the hairline. Avoid them if you think they are worsening your acne.
Mmkay, good luck =)

Eat healthier and drink lots of water. Your body is probably imbalanced. So, try to eat a good balance of foods... fruits, veggies, proteins, minimal fats and a medium amount of healthy carbs. Wash your face at night and in the morning and don't forget to moisturize. If you don't moisturize your face it will get dry and then create more oil which doesn't help your acne. GL ;)

I really don't feel like giving out my email but I'd just like to say that Proactiv works. I'm a 14 year old and its worked for me. If that doesn't work..I'd say clearisil works well also!

If you can't afford Proactiv, then try cleaning your face twice a day with a cottonball soaked with "everclear". This can be purchased at your local liquor store. It worked for my kids.

talk to your doctor. proactive only works on some skin types. your doctor is the best way to go! your friends shouldnt be judging you becaus of your looks. find new friends cuz they sound like pretty crappy people. :( good luck!
