Really depends on the woman. Some women can look sexy with short hair, particularly if they're elfin like, but long hair looks great if it's in good condition.
Women should just go with whatever style suits their face and personality, a good hairdresser will know what's what.

If i had to pick I would say long hair. But most important is that the hair looks right on you. Guys like it when a women looks famine and sexy so what ever hair style does that is the one to go with.

Long, short. Fat, thin. Tall, short. It doesn't matter. If a woman has sex appeal - she has sex appeal, there is no perfect recipe that can be copied, so stop looking for one. A man likes a woman to just be natural - herself - nothing more.
