My one friend started going out with this guy that I like and I think that she knows I like him so she rubs it in my face. She's getting really annoying about it and I know that if she wasn't in the picture, he would want to go out with me. He's also my friend too and he's really cool to hang out with. I really wanna go out with this guy and I keep being rejected whenever I ask a guy out but I really want a boyfriend because I'm really lonely. Should I steal the guy away from her or should I let them be happy together and stay jealous?

What is the meaning of the last sentence? from " do not overkill......average effect" What means by average effect?

My girlfriend and I dated for about a year. Things were up and down, but the last 6 months were amazing! She left school to go home for the summer, we talked everyday and visited eachother often and it was great. Then with only a month of summer left, she broke up with me out of no where, with no real reason. Well we got back to school, and didnt really talk. And i was so confused, we were in love and crazy about eachother. Then she got a new b/f. I was upset and said whatever with her, even though i didnt feel that way. Well we hadnt talked for a month, and then all of sudden she is texting and calling me again. the same night her friend told me how she talks about me everyday and misses me. Well no the ex is saying that she wants to be friends with me, and her best friend is telling me that we will get back together for sure, she just needs to end it with the guy shes datin now. What can i do, i absolutely love her, and know she is the one, am i getting my hopes up when i shouldnt?

If this is not happening, don’t you think people still say ‘you’re perfect for me?’

My boyfriend of 5 months is married and had a child. He has been separarted from his wife 1 1/2 years ago, he moved out and they agreed they were getting a divorce but neither really had the money to do it. So he has been living from the her house all this time. When I met him, he lived with his guy friend and he went to get his son every other weekend. We recently moved in together because we have fallen in love and he is getting ready to file the divorce papers next week. I have met his son, his son has came to our house and has stayed the weekend with us, we get along really well. My boyfriend has told his son that he and I were dating BUT we didn't sleep in the same bed while his son stayed the night. My question is can my b/f get in trouble when he files for divorce & can his wife make it hard on him because of him dating while still being married? I need to know some good legal advice?

well, there r these 3 guys..
2 of them r fighting over me, and the other i have a small crush on, but i dont know if he likes me.
now, for the 2 fighting over me...
one is a crosscountry/ hockey star, and he goes to my school and is in like all of my classes. he's the sweetest guy ull ever meet, and would be approved by my parents and all that good stuff.

the second guy is a basketball star, he goes to another school (so if we broke up it wouldnt be that bad lol) he's cute and he's also really sweet, and i feel more protected around him. my mom doesnt know if she wants me dating someone from another school.

the first guy just asked me out.
the second just kissed me.
the third guy that i have a crush on is hot, popular, reeeally nice, and im not sure if he likes me.

I admit I once had an affair with a married man. We did the usual things like dating, phone conversations, lovemaking, he even gave me flowers last valentine's day. Later on I refused to make love to him again and refrained from sending him text messages. Until the time came when we hardly see each other because we're distance apart and both busy at work. I am the maid of honor at my cousins wedding and my cousin and i are really close because we grew up together and she is like a sister to me but recently since she is in Virginia studying at UVA college taking 18 credits trying to graduate early its her third year she has put a lot of the planning on me.I am in my first year of college and taking 13 credits and struggling because of trying to help her out with planning , go to school, and working for my moms small company . I took three test last week and was unprepared for two of them and may have failed because of this. I also missed my first two quizes in math class and am falling behind in my english/writing class and am feeling very overwhelmed.I dont want to hurt he feeling but helping her plan a wedding for 215 people is getting to me?

just because you have children or because you've invested years and time with each if neither one of you are happy with each other?

I feel that when there is physical or mental abuse towards each other, just because you've been together for say 5, 10, 15 years does not mean that you should take the abuse. Why is it that neither one of the parties want to just pack up and go? And when you do split, why does there have to be so much drama? Why can't people just become positive minded and move the hell on?

Problem is lately, they seem to be more sensitive then ever. Their ages are 24 and 22. I have to be careful how I word my questions and what I ask them.
What do you think I should do and how shall I handle them more tactfully? My daughter lives part time at home and takes off at night (every night) to see herboyfriend of 31 yrs. old. Then she comes home every morning. That's their life, I know, and they tell this to me pretty often...like I don't know that.Sometimes lately I feel like I'm stepping on egg shells when around them. But most of the time I really enjoy and appreciated their company.
My husband is pretty busy running the fmaily business, so I understand he can't spend
all of his time"holding my hand".
Need your thoughts and advice.

I haven't seen my boyfriend for about a week
and was looking forward to seeing him this weekend
but he just called me and said that he is going to be working all the way until next week (monday). He is a "wildland firefighter" and goes out for weeks at a time.
and by then i will have to go back to college on Sunday.
Because he lives back home which is a 6 hour drive from where i go to college at.(in the next state).
am really bummed out. :(
any suggestions to help me feel better or what i can do to not miss him so much???

My Granny has always been selfish, her own son, my Dad will tell you that. The problem is that she is carrying this into my wedding planning. I frankly don't care about her opnion, I'm one of those girls who had her wedding planned at 12. She however doesn't care about my opinion. For example, I recently booked my cake, it is gonna be my dream cake, I'm soo excited about it! I walked into her house the other day, and she had all these bridal magazines marked with cakes she liked, I told her how much I liked mine, and she said, thats ok, you can change it! What the HELL? She did practically the same thing about my wedding dress, I showed it to her, and she literally said, "thats nice, what do you want me to wear?" she recently had knee surgery and LOVES to show off her huge jagged scar, I know she will whip it out at the wedding! I'm at my wits end with her, its been like this my whole life, I really just need to vent, I'm tired of my feelings being hurt! Any advice is apprciated!
