www.nsopr.gov (I think that this one is much better than familywatchdog.com; it seems to give much more information)
Looking on these sites doesn't mean that these are the only offenders in your area as many of them don't even register, even if they are supposed to.

did you know that if a person was convicted before 1983 they do not have to be registered?
