My mother has 4 children ages: 27, 24 (me), 13 and 9.

My mother is 46 years old and has no grandchildren.

I have been married for two years (together for 5) and my husband and I are trying for our first baby.

I mentioned to my mother recently that we wanted to have a baby soon.

She said I should wait until I am 30 until I have my first child.

She said if I waited then my little brothers would be 19 and 15 and she could focus more on being a grandma.

How selfish is her excuse?!

Why should I wait to have children when she decided to have more kids in her mid-late 30’s?

She can still be a grandma and be a mother to teen boys!

My step-dad (raised me) said he would be happy to be a grandpa, and he is only 43!

What do you think about my mother’s excuse for not wanting grandchildren now?

This is for people who are bipolar, or are in/have a relationship with someone that is bipolar. After having a depressed episode, and you are distant or ignore people close to you, (bf/gf) do you try and make it up to them? Especially when you lose interest in sex, do you try and make up for lost time with you mate? Or do you act as if nothing happened?

my boyfriend and i are on this break because he is tired of fighting. it's been a while now. we still talk and say i love you but he refuses to see me.
today is our anniversary it will be three years soon, and i told him i have a gift for him because i got it a long time ago before anything happened. he said he would like to see what it is, meaning he will come over to see. he said if im nice to him and dont argue with him he will come back to me. that's what ive been doing for a while!!
i told him he has two suprises. one is the gift and the other is me and that i will stop fighting with him. he said he was happy without all the fighting. if i love him i will truly stop figthing with him over stupid ****. he needs to trust me.
will he take me back or is he just holding onto me because he doesnt want to be alone right now?????

I've been dating my boyfriend for almost a year now (He's 44, I'm 43... we knew each other 15 years ago and found each other by coincidence). In the beginning, it was magic! The first four or five months were incredible... it's still incredible for me. This man is the love of my life. The past couple of months, he's displayed a lack of interest in sex which we talked about. We agreed that things had become somewhat mundane and have since spiced things up a bit... it's helped significantly. However, he seems to be distancing himself again (a pattern he's well aware of) and I feel like I'm doing a lot of work to keep the relationship afloat. As a side... we both have kids (teenagers) and are very active in our careers, so life is go, go, go... we have to plan 'spontaneity' (which I do most of). We don't live together, but live right down the street from one another. Our friends think we're the perfect match.. any tips on how to make this work.. or not. Many thanks!

I really really, like this boy named Mark! A lot, and he knows I like him and Im not sure if he likes me back. Can you tell me whether he likes me or not from these reasons:
1. He was smiling when I asked him why he doesnt wanna talk to me. He said cause im younger than him.
2.He looks at me.
3.He told multiple of his friends that I like him. People come up to me asking do you like Mark.
4.My friend told me that he said "your friend looks nice today" (talking about me). Then he told my friend not to tell me that he said that.

Im 15 and he's 17. Im a sophomore and he's a senior. not that much of a age difference.

I got married inVegas last week but i want to have a real wedding with my family and friends all there in a chursh. My mom side is from costa rica and my dads from spain barcelona.The only thing i know is that my mom will the give a Hope chest full of expensive supplies like egyptian cotton sheets , crystal glasses, china set, silk , satin, and family heir looms like jewelry from mom. my bf and i are on a break because we fight too much. i think its because we saw each other every day we got sick of each other and found the dumbest stuff to fight about. i didnt want the break but he did. i told him i would stop fighting and he said no because i said that before and it happened again. i said this taught me a much bigger lesson because he might actually leave for good. he still calls and says he loves me but refuses to see me.

Right, well I joined a dating agency a couple of weeks back (I know, my dignity is now gone) and I found some women's profiles that I really liked. ADHD....she has NEVER been to a party..! ( Cos she has no friends )... she bullys everyone around her ... she has a reading age of 7 y/o....and now she lies about everythig and has just up-set a 85 y/o man ( who is our friend )....she is on " Equasyn " 3 times a day . and Omega 3 ....and had seen very shrink that can be seen..!!!

What can we do ??? .... is there a UK Brat camp that can sort this kid out ..???? Cos all i can see is the Police knocking at my door one day.....
