The parents of a girl I see recently seem to hate me. She is really a nice girl, and she seems to be able to make her own mind up and we are both in our 20's.

When they know she is seeing me they are giving her a bad time. They also refuse to meet me. Will they ever become reasonable ? What can I do ?

My marriage has been HORRIBLE. There aren't enough characters to list all the details. I have encountered UNENDING emotional and verbal abuse...and even some physical. He is manipulative, a liar, a cheater, and speaking as a person in the healthcare field, he has psychopathic tendencies. Well, as I turned 30 in July, I decided that this relationship was completely toxic and i had to end it. It took five weeks for me to build the strenght to do it, but I filed for the divorce. His cousin and I had ran into each other a few weeks after i did. We only talked platonically at first, and without intention. He actually tried to get me to give it a chance. After I told him about some of the stuff I went through, his opinion changed. After about a month, we went out to late lunch one day. We were hanging out, as we had been since we'd seen each other, and one thing led to another- we are SO MUCH MORE compatible than hubby and I ever were. We've talked about pros/cons & are "2gether" now. Wrong?

My boyfriend is in Iraq, and I was under the impression that he should have been home by now based on his words as well as the automated system that was very similar to what he said. It is now going to two weeks since the date I was given, and I have not heard from him at all. All of his information is not the same because he closed out everything before he left so I have no way of calling him to find out anything.

We have a very good relationship, and he has communicated with me either weekly or daily since he has been gone. We even talked a week before he was supposed to come home. So if I give up is it to soon because he could be some where, where he can't contact me or would you think he is back home and don't want to contact me since it has been almost two weeks. Again our relationship is very good no fighting no arguing no nothing I just need to know should I give it some more time.

as iwas saying my boyfriend moved out , he bought a car,and was using mine ever since he lived with me and told me that his mom wants him to move back home, hes muslim!i would go to sleep at night and he would go out and come home at like 2 or3 in the morning and than tell me that he loves me, noe he has a car and he moved out? nowhe is acting weired, he still comes over and sees me after work but told me that he cant even stay the night. he got mad at me because i did not here my phone lastnight, i was sleeping? and he told me that i am bullshit. it old him that i missed him and cant sleep without him, he told me that it is bullshit please i love him soo much , i used to go to his work and hang out there , now he tells me to jusat stay home? what is going on?

My boyfriends baby's mom is rediculous. She says that she doesnt have any money to buy him new school clothes. But she has money to go get her hair done and go to the bar every weekend. I saw him out one night and we hit it off talking,I was still bitter about catching my ex cheating on me,he listened and understood.He drove me home that night and I invited him to stay,I asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,I asked him to put his arm around me,he did till i slept.He was a complete gentleman and did not try anything,I really appreciated his respect.Things were awkward the next morning when he left.A mutual friend told me he likes me but is freaked about my ex.I saw him once since then and he came to me and said"your killing me"my ex was there also so we had to keep quiet.It has been 7 months since that night and I still think about him and now realize he was a true gentlman and Im afraid I will never find someone like him.Could he still think of me too?

I cannot seem to find any men who are mature, with no baggage, ones that have never been married before (I have not as yet been married), no kids, "normal", no drug problems, no recovering alcoholics, users, abusers, codependents, losers, etc. I think you get my drift. I want to find a nice, kind, sincere, loyal, working, maybe a little easy on the eyes man who I can get to know and hopefully settle down with. Committed and monogamous would help, too. It is really tough out there; I live in Miami, Florida where the women outnumber the men about 4 to 1. I tried in church but most of the men are already married or too old or too young. Please help.
