Just ask her what happened. Let her know that you don't remember that night very clearly. Is your boss the type of women that would be with another women? Maybe ask around first at work and see if that has happened to any one else. Just some thoughts.

get her alone and ask her if she wants 2 do it again , throw her completly off and then wait 4 her response, only she knows so keep it that way and just go about it in that same manner be discreet because this is your work place we r talking bout .but more than likely she doesnt remember either, so just bury it if she doenst act any different towards u, means she is battling the same thing.

were you still dressed when you woke up....if not take a guess
if you were still dressed and your boss hasn't said or done anything that hints at what happened you both probably passed out(she's wondering the same thing)
does she wink at you or touch and say anything inappropriately??

if she seems the same as before say nothing and do nothing
and for gods sake don't drink anymore!!!

Ask her to have lunch with you , while you guy's are having lunch tell her what's bothering you and ask her to tell you what you wanna know. Even though I think you can remember but is just scared to say. Honey if you're gay then you're gay. No big thing! As long as you're okay with it. The Best way to find out what happened is by asking her if she remembers. If not then just leave it at that....what you dont know wont kill you.
