If he wants to play, he has to pay. I had a family member that never saw his child even though he wanted to but still had to pay the child support every month. The minute she turned 18 he stopped and her and her mother complained and griped. If he didn't pay, well they have lists and warrants for that sort of behavior. He's got his hands tied until the kids are 18 or he can try and work something out with his babies' mommas.

Paying child support is not a right, it's a responsibility. Maybe he didn't want the baby, but his and your irresponsibility brought that baby into the world, so why should the baby suffer. I'm a guy, and I say tough on his part. I don't have any kids, but I know when I do, they will eat before I do. I'm not sorry he is having a baby with another woman, and you shouldn't be either. He has a responsibility. if he didn't want that responsibility, he should of thought of birth control, condoms, etc. There are ways to prevent it from happening. So please do yourself a favor and don't let him stop paying child support, for your kid's sake.

He does have the right to chose whether he wants to be in the childs life or not, but he cannot get out of his obligation to pay child support, whether he has 20 more kids or not. He might of wanted to think of these things prior to having yet another child. Even if he loses his job, there is a minimum weekly child support that he has to pay. Good Luck and stay strong for that child. That child needs you to be strong.

He can't give up his rights...It doesn't work that way. You have to have the court petition at your request that he relinquish his parental rights...like if you were going to have someone adopt your children...this is the ONLY way he can get out of paying child support. Use your head Honey...if it were that easy, don't you think more dead beat dads would be doing it rather than having their wages and income tax returns garnished or going to jail as penalty for back child support...? Call your local Legal Aid office for a free consultation.

He can't give up that responsibility. He must pay child support. If there's a problem getting this, his wages can be garnered. Talk to your attorney or call the local domestic relations court.

He can't get out of paying child support. Just because he's having a new kid, his responsibility toward the old one doesn't go away.

He can not sign away his parental rightd without your permission. If he stops paying child support it will still accunulate as payable to you. My little sis just got a check for $108,000 since he hadn't paid in 3 years.
