I agree. If you can't spell, or talk the correct way you shouldn't be having sex.

Maybe you should explain a little more. Are you saying that you are not a virgin, and you had sex with someone and it hurt? If that is the case, men are all shapes and sizes so depending on your partners size, yes it can hurt. Also, were you in the mood? If you are dry, that too can make it painful. Try some KY gel it can help alot.
If the guy is real big and you are real wet, it can still hurt, maybe try penetration before he gets real hard. Then you can stretch as he enlarges.

No, it doesn't always hurt. Just depends on how you do it.
I was always reluctent to do it on top and then I found that a woman orgasms easier on top then when then man is on top.
Try to position your self so that you are slighlty lying on top of him and tuck your legs up and to the side of him, hold your self up a bit with your arms and let the bottem of you do the work. It takes some time to get it the way you want it, but you might just like it.
