This is for people who are bipolar, or are in/have a relationship with someone that is bipolar. After having a depressed episode, and you are distant or ignore people close to you, (bf/gf) do you try and make it up to them? Especially when you lose interest in sex, do you try and make up for lost time with you mate? Or do you act as if nothing happened?

There is no making up for lost time... so acting like nothing happened allows us to move forward and not dwell on the depression. (which could set it off again due to our guilt)

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what
you want and expect from the others.
