normally I have no problem whatsoever with being friends with guys and all...but when it comes to dating they are either not serious about me or sometimes think that I am just fooling around...its hard to understand them.

No, men are impossible to understand. But I'll give you a hint to keep you humble: "We do not think out loud to ourselves. We don't discuss ourselves and our feelings with words."

So if we see a confident, outgoing, and funny girl, we know we're looking at a misfit. And we know those characteristics will cause other women to gang up on her and gossip about her.f

Dating? Be casual, keep the conversation light, keep asking questions to keey the guy talking.

Finding decent men? The world is full of them -- and -- every -- single -- one -- of --them -- is -- good -- at --hiding.

Well here lies the problem.. When you become friends with guys on the guy level.. they see you as a friend. In some cases, they will see you as just one of the guys. So its very possible they aren't looking at you in that way, it has nothing to do with you.. Guys do like a girl with those qualities you listed but use them to flert with a guy and give off the impression you wanna be more then friends.

Not in the least bit. I get along with those girls a little better actually. Probably because I'm not that outgoing or confident myself, so being around them makes my feel a little more outgoing or confident. Kinda lame actually.

Number one, Guys don't want to be your friend unless they're gay. Guys want one thing, any questions on what that might be? Number two, confidents and being funny is a cover-up, what are you hideing, I haven't met a female that doesn't have something wrong with her. Be your true self and make it about the guy, it throws us off and we won't notice that you have a droopie eye or a lisp.
