So this girl that I have been friends my whole life, she is one of my best friends, I've wanted to be more than friends for a really long time, so i tried to ask her to homecoming, but she said she couldn't but didn't give me an explaination, this was yesterday, so now that she said that, my other friend, who is a girl, kind of explained why she said no, she likes someone else and wants to go to homecoming with them, this tore me up inside, and she said that she said she just wanted to be friend, how do i convince her that we can be more? Please answer

me and this guy were friends since like middle school (now we're both 18) and then in the past like year and a half we kinda got closer and closer and would hang out a lot just the two of us but we never did anyhting physical...eventually we hooked up a few months ago tho...we didnt actually sleep together but not far from it...now we're still in school together and we still kinda talk once in a while but not very much...he just kinda tries to mess with me when he walks by like poking and tickling and other stupid stuff like that, but then when i show a bit of interest he doesnt say much...what does he want?? i still kinda like him but i feel like when i had the chance to let him get to know me better i kinda closed up and only let him see the fun laid back part of me rathen then the deeper side...

my good friend ( whom I love n want 2 be with) I found out from him when I asked how his family is doing n why haven't I seen his father in a while, he said he's sick.I think it's serious. So I got a get well card n wrote a loving message in it n I bought real pretty flowers 4 his dad n family n I got them chocolate bars( donates went 2 breast cancer). He was very appericatative of what I had done, kept saying thanks n how thoughtful it was. I really DO care 4 his father n family n I love him so much n I want him 2 know but I know he's not ready 4 a relationship cause he's got a lot going on that he wants to deal with now n now his father is sick. i love just being around him, talking n working with him( we're baggers at a grocery store).I feel we're perfect 4 each other. I told him the other day when he told me the news of his father I said ya know I'll always be there 4 you, you can tell me anything. n he told me thank you n that he appericated that. how else can I show him my love?

as an asian i dont think we ever did anything wrong. except contribute to the economy.

My husband and I have been married for 15 yrs. we've known each other for 19.Into our 7th to 8th year of marriage we both started to become distant with each other.I fell into a depression at the time I didn't realize how down I really was until a mountain of problems began to arise.To make a very long story short we haven't been able to shake this downward spiral we've been on.It seems like everytime we try to get along something happens and we're right back to the same b.s.We've talked about divorce to many times to count and everytime we attempt to make plans to follow through we can't seem to do it.We have 5 kids and sometimes I think they're the reason we keep holding on.But as of lately things have become so stressfull between us that I can't take it anymore.Something has got to give or it's over I don't see any other way at this point.Anyway if anyone has any kind of advice I'd greatly appreciate it.

i go to school then i go to work and then i come home and have to do house like things. **** im a teenager and i live like im on my own and i live with people who dont do anything. (men). ok, there is this girl i have liked for about a year now. over the past year we have became friends. then this year at school (senior in high school) she met one of my friends in one of her classes. my frined then told me later that he thought she liked me b/c she talked about me all the time to him and was always smiling and giggly when she was talking about me. somehow then 2 different rumors got started, 1 of witch was that she liked me, the other was that i liked her. this was 3 weeks ago, and we have not talked about it. i always thought that she might like me, b/c i have caught her looking at me before then when she saw me look at her she turned away really fast then looked back a few seconds later and smiled. she always smiles at me and or waves and comes up to me and starts talking. some time last school year she asked if i had a MySpace and i didnt, she then asked me like 10 times to make one. she also ignores her friends sometimes if she sees me, and we start talking.

I have a friend that is shy. He is always wanting to spend more time with me. He tells me this in emails. We go to lunch with each other but he never looks at me. He is always looking away. Is this part of his shyness? It is confusing to me. His emails say things like he thinks about me, misses me, wants more time with me but then when we are together he is almost like a different person. He is in his mid 30's.

me and this guy dated for a 1yr and a couple of months broke up about 4 months ago but talked all the time. i have been seeing this guy at work and i realized that i felt in love with him.
He already has a girl friend. He has been with his girl friend for 10 years old.
Their relationship always have some conflict ! So he started to talk me over
the phone occassionaly. I went out with him twice.Recently he hang out with and he took me to motel but i refused to go because i felt like he"s using me for sex. I think it was probably because well after going at it for a long time we went back outside and i just decided to go to bed, I didn't kiss him goodnight and then later he had to sleep in my room and there was no room and I just said 'Where do you plan to sleep?' and he said he's sleep on the floor and i said 'Good luck' I later realized I had been bitchy, I really didn't mean to act like that, so I got out of bed and tried to wake him up but he wouldn't. Then he was all distant and weird as if he hadn't been feeling me up the night before...

Well I have this man in my life, hes incredibly busy sometimes almost non existant. And thats a big art of why he fit the bill for me. I can't do the clingy, needy guy thing. He's amazing and I knew this from the start. I wanted to see him so bad after spending a little time together but we both are so busy. He is way busier than I. I feel like the distance makes those time together so much more intense. It makes me think and apreciate him more and more when we are apart. Do I tell him how I feel or just leave it alone. Part of me feels he may just feel the same.

I've known this man for about 8 years and we should have gotten together a long time ago but he was too shy to ask me and I was seeing his friend and didn't think he'd ever be interested in me. By the time I got to know him, he had a live-in girlfriend who later became his wife. One night it came out that he had liked me all along but didn't think he stood a chance. We did some things we shouldn't have. We tried to stop but couldn't. Finally, he stopped talking to me altogether. Now he's started talking to me again and though we haven't seen one another, we've both told one another that the feelings are still there. He often tells me that he regrets his past decisions to be with her and his fear of trying with me. I tell him that I regret having not seen it back when things would have been easier for us. I've never advised him to leave her because I feel that would be wrong of me but I really want to be with him and we are in love. What should I do?
