Well they do have identicle DNA, which in a sense would make them the same person, just a different personality. Each of the two kids would have half of their DNA from an identicle source also.

Just thought of something else that should be considered. Since they're identical in every genetic way, then wouldn't someone with split personalities , who had a kid with a different one in control, be kinda the same situation in some regards?

I know that if twins marry twins and have children, genetically all are considered brothers and sisters.
To answer your question, genetically half sibling, legally cousins.

Well, since twins AREN'T the same person, their respective children would be cousins.
Edit, next day: They're still different people, even if they genetically identical, they are two separate people with two separate lives. Genetic similarity between two people does not make their children half-siblings. A half sibling has to share one parent, not an identical twin of a parent.

Children of sets of INDENTICAL twins, e.g., two identical twin sisters and two identical twin brothers, will biologically...by DNA...be siblings, BUT socially and legally cousins.
They are NOT the "same person", however and of course, any more than twins are the same person. Twins merely have the same DNA.
Half-siblings are siblings who have only one parent in common.

Cousins because the came from different parents. Each twin would be the aunt of the other twin's child.

Cousins. Half siblings are people who share one common parent. Like they only have the same dad, or they only have the same mom.

They would be cousins. But if they have the same dad, I don't know. You never know.
