Look at it from both sides. Ask yourself why you rejected him, but also you might be feeling guilty not nessarly love, so be careful. As for the guy he is probably crushed, the best thing I can possibly say is that you might want call him up and tell him why you rejected him.
If indeed you do love him then get him before he changes his mind. Hope it works out

You have to talk to him. Tell him you made a mistake and you are sorry ..But do not be surprised if he has moved on because it sounds like this may have happened a while ago. Tell hi how yu fell you have a fifty fifty chance that he still loves you and will forgive you
