I look to the personality---kind, nice, funny, intelligent, honest, thoughtful, creative, etc
How they treat me..are they romantic..are they faithful etc
their values--do I agree with them or admire them
politics need to match..religion too
Last I look at the physical..I personally prefer men 6 foot and up..not super skinny and nice smile, eyes, and hair. I like blue or green eyes and dark hair best..I love facial hair.
