My friend is married and pregnant and now her husband wants a divorce. He wants her to have an abortion so he won't have to pay child support. He's telling her if she has the baby he will just give up his rights. Can he do that? Is that legal?

i work 60 hours a week i have my own remodeling bussniess that i work 20 hours a week i mow the yard i wash the cars i change diapers i clean the house and i have to do my laundry i come home for lunch she gives me a sandwitch she sits all day on her *** watching soaps i come home and she cant get rid of my son fast enough i mean she is lazy we been having proboblems with this since about a month after we got married i about punched her tonight i have had i dont think my son should be around this kind of enviroment what do i do

Last week I had my engagement party. I asked my two cousins who are brothers ( 21 & 24) to be my ushers, one showed up - said hello then slept the rest of the night in the car, the other didn't show, didn't call and didn't email me yet the rest of his family showed, Its been a week and I haven't heard from any of them. Am I asking to much for an apology? what should my reaction be? how should I handle this? I am pretty pissed off, had it been me in thier wedding I would have shown up with bells on..

I have a guy friend that's i'm really great friends w/, but i've liked him for a long time. ive already asked him to homecoming, so we're going together. the problem is, i think he might like me too but i can't really tell. my one friend says that he treats me differently than he treats his other friends, but she won't tell me how. but anyway, me and this guy are going somewhere tomorrow and i want to tell him that i like him, but i don't know how. [also, my one friend keeps telling me to tell her what happens tomorrow, as if something is to happen.] whenever we're around each other we get along so well and he always gives me hugs. whenever we're leaving each other (like going to class) we always grab each other's hands and don't let go until we're going our seperate ways. so in conclusion, how can i tell if he really likes me/how do i tell him i like him? i don't like posting long, run on questions like this and find them annoying, but i needed to get this information out of my head.

My Wife and I have a sex swing, the problem is we have no place to hang it up, so i'm asking some advice, would it be safe to screw it into a ceiling joist, i mean would just one actually be able to support us both, together weigh a total of 300 pounds, we really don't want to attempt it unless we are sure, if not possible, please give advice where we could put it. thanks

a son called u and told u all about how she did that. u told him not to call and get u involved. i was mad but was going to let it go. until i called this person to talk to her/ in the phone conversation i was yelling at her because her son caused problems with my husband. she yelled back and the fight was on / i told her if it wasnt for her drug addict son (which he is badly) none of this would have happen. thats when it was over. she screamed at me and said nasty stuff about me cleaning up my own back yard before i ever call her kids bad names. they are 42 years old the kid. now she sent an email and told me never to call her or contact her in any way. just tell me who is the one that is suppose to be mad here. she talked about me. her son told me. i called him a druggie and now this person my sister and i will never talk again. we both hold grudges badly. she hasnt talked to my brother in 30 yr. because of her 2 kids. what would you do.?????????

Everytime I ask a question about me and my gf some dumbass grown person has to say im too young to have a gf and that i dont understand

after 7 years I still love my daughters father... he still to this day will say I have his heart... we were young.. so much happend back then... if we still love eachother, we share a daughter together, whom her dream would be for us to be together.... Should I go for it? Should I make it known? We both have had our share of relationships and all in this time... but we still have the friendship where we can talk just like we always did... and the prob with us from the get go was always we have never been just friends... and i'm not saying just physically...and we haven't even been that for several years... Our emotional feelings for eachother has always been more... I'v for a while reffered to him as my forbidon love... but i wish we could make it work... we haven't tried since b4 she was ever born.... should I put it out there?

Is it possible to really fall out of love with someone over night?
Things have been pretty crazy with my boyfriend for awhile.
He told me this morning he just woke up and realized that he didnt love me anymore.
This kills me because I would give so much to make things right with him.
But in my opinion, if you really love someone.. you woulden't just wake up and think to yourself wow, I truly don't love this person.. unless you didn't really love them from the start.
Or maybe i'm just not expirenced or confused. I don't really know.

My husband loves his kids (9 month old son and 5 yr old daughter), however, he will leave my 9 month old son alone on the floor. I work nights and I sleep during the day. Sometimes I wake up to find my husband on the computer and my son alone down stairs. I don't know how long he leaves him down there, but he always tells me it was only for a minute. I am getting very frustrated with the situation. He has left him alone on the bed and my son has fallen. Today he placed him in the high chair and he did not place the strap around my son, nor did he secure the tray. The tray came loose and my son fell out of the high chair and he split his lip open. I checked him out and other than a bruised lip he is ok, but my husband's reaction is "oh he is ok, he is going to have some bumps and bruises." It drives me crazy. We constantly fight over it. My husband just thinks I am a nag, but I feel I am the only one fighting for our children.

Asked a question earlier on sim. topic. My husband is Korean who came to the U.S for me 5 months ago. He's having adjust problems big time. 4 days ago he got mad at me because I was late meeting him somewhere. Since then he has not spoken to me. He resorted to throwing out all our condoms, blocking bedroom door, so I can't get in, and now he's getting drunk. I can't take his crap. I step on eggshells and talk to him calmly but he just glares at me and won't speak.
Now I know what it feels like to have culture shock. I lived in Korea for 3 year and had bad days to. But I never treated my husband the way he's treating me. If he keeps it up any longer, I want him to go back. I try everything to make his stay here good. Enroll him in English and gym classes. He doesn't work; I'm sole provider (even in Korea, he didn't work. I did). Should I send him back and do a trial separation? He told me he wants to go back. We've been married just a year and have no kids. Get out now?
