Legally?
You could probably calculate the Net Present Value of all future payments, given a certain interest rate ... then pay that amount all in one lump sum and forget about paying from then onward.
That could be one incredibly huge amount though!
You'd only pay once, but never again! You would have effectively "dodged" any future payments after that first one.

You can try, but it eventually catches up with you. Why would you want to not pay child support if you a part of creating the child? If you don't want to pay the price, then don't play with the piece. Or learn something called "birth control" as in condoms.

supposityly you can legally NOT make payments, but I do believe you have to give up your parental rights all together. It depends on the state you live in. check out the site I think it's called lawfind.com just put in key words like find law, law find it's one of those 2.

If you are in a position to, such as if you are a contracter, you might be able to form a company ltd, then the child support amount is calculated according to how much you pay yourself

if there is a court order and the court (child support agency) knows the whereabouts and employment status of the noncustodial parent, he cannot dodge the payments.

Well my ex husband has done a pretty good job of it by not working at all. Or at least not a taxable income that can be garnished.
Another option is to never have kids and if so never get divorced...lol

the way that they are able to locate you, is through your social security number and that is how they are able to take money out of your paycheck. they only way to avoid child support services, is by working under the counter.

You cant because your social security number follows you where ever you go no matter what state so theres no way to get out of it unless you can prove the child isnt yours.

Just come to Mexico....Everything illegal here is made legal. Ask my uncle, he has got like 10 kids like with 4 different ladies. I don't even know all my cousins' names. 2 or 3 ladies have sued him for not supporting the kids but when the cops go to his home, he kicks them the hell away....so once again, just come to Mexico. :-)
