why is it when a guy smiles at you or holds a door open or offers to light a cigarette some * most * american women get uptight, dont thank you, or roll their eyes... i mean its not like i go out of my way to do these things but if a girl is walking behind me ill hold the door or smile if shes walking towards me just like im saying whats up to a guy.. has anyother guy noticed this .... i know it cant just be me.... and if anyones awnser on here is because im ugly then think of something else thanks for your time

well me and my boyfriend and we are 17 years old have been going out for about 5 months and today he says that he doesnt want to be with me anymore. he says that i bossed him around to much. Sorry if you just read this, but this is so important to me I want as many responses as I can get, so...

I almost dropped the "L" word on the gf for the first time last night and in hindsight wish I would have. It was a very good/positive emotional moment. Question: should I wait for another similar moment or does it matter? Can I drop it out of the blue and still have a positive effect? I have told women I love them before (and thought I meant it), but have never felt anything close to what I feel for her now and want to get this right.

I'm looking for some good ways to discipline your girlfriend when you are out in public and she is moody or acts up. Sometimes girls think they won't be punished if they are out in public. For instance, last time my girlfriend acted up i threatened her with the belt and some jerk told me if I ever hit her with the belt he would call the police. I'm basically looking for discreet methods to bring her in line in which I can give her "the look" and she will know I have the power to do something about it even if we are in public.

I have a friend who is handicapped in the one of her legs. She is extremely intelligent and beautiful. But she really has low self confidence. By looking at her nobody would say she is born with a deformity. She says that any guy that she likes runs away after knowing of her handicap, what should she do? i have dated this girl for awhile(months) and well i did something wrong (not cheating or anything like that) but i failed to keep a promise and lied at the same time and she just said that she didn't feel sure if we should keep dating and then told me we both needed some time apart and its already been over a month and she hasn't said anything about going back together. We were very perfect together until i screwed up.
